the woman in lobby definitely can't speak /understand English. It's crazy that Hilton lobby can'T understand English!
It takes 4 hours for her to finish the Invoice I requested.

Another critics for booking.com. Even I add "request Invpice" EVERY TIME when I booking (and my company details writtten there); EVERY TIME EVRYONE SAYS " we can't see any note & we can't see your details"!!!

convenient location, attached to a mall easy to find things to eat. The staff is especially helpful since I have quite a number of parcels sent to the hotel before my arrival. The staff really go to all extend to help find all of them. Really appreciate the effort and service attitude.

Room is spacious, bed is comfortable.

Cons:

Small inconvenience is having to take two times elevator everytime. First to reach the lobby and change to another lift to reach the room level.
