Hotel Sol de Oriente

Hotel bem espartano, mas com custo abaixo da média. Bem localizado e quarto amplo com ar e frigobar. A falta de banho quente e detalhes como saboneteira e tapete contam contra. A manutenção do prédio também não é das melhores.

No aceptan pago con tarjeta, pese que la aplicación da la opción, solo entregan una toalla, el internet es intermitente, el control de la tv nunca funciono, la atención nada cordial ni preparados, alrededor es bastante desolado el sector pasado las 6:30 pm. tomar en cuenta la habitación tenia cucarachas.

The room we arrived in was very dirty. We were very disappointed! However the staff was friendly and we were able to get our money back, so it wasn’t all bad.

We very much liked the man, his name is Samuel,that greeted us when when we arrived late in the evening. He was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. Samuel made us feel at home.

The rest if the staff very much sucked. One staff person in particular, he said he's name is Angel, was very not tourist friendly and downright disrespectful. Not a people person. Whenever I approached the desk, he was not very helpful. He was always sitting down. When you approached the desk, he would not greet you with the customery "Good morning Sir., how can I help you". I got the feeling that we were bothering him.

We stayed in the 11th floor. There were parties that were held on the 14th floor. You might as well have been on the 14th floor because the walls were very thin and you could hear the booming sounds coming from the party. Was not able to get a good night sleep.

I could go on and on, but I hope you get the picture.

Room was really old and nasty. Sheets were full of stains. Much worse than i expected even the price was kind of cheap.

Our stay was barely doable. The room was not clean, furniture and carpet were worn out,TV and light over bed did not work, the lobby outsude the room was very depressing with worn carpet and furniture. The biggest pro was the hotel is near the iguana park.

Muy cómoda estadía. Regresaría a este hotel y recomiendo.
