Excellent value, good location near to the parks

Lovely clean rooms and staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
No fridge in room but cold drinking water available 24hrs from reception free of charge.

Very comfortable beds and close to the sites we wanted to visit.

Boden total verschmutzt im Zimmer. Flecken im Bad an der wan wurden nicht entfernt. Büffett nicht gut

Ontbijt werd slecht bijgevuld en de ruimte is krap. Voelt niet als een prettige plek om de dag te starten. De kamer is de eerste dag niet schoongemaakt en na melden bij de receptie werd er geen oplossing geboden of excuses gemaakt. Het personeel bij de receptie is niet van hele hoge kwaliteit. De kamer zelf is wel prettig om in te verblijven.

I’m writing this review for two reason; the Staff member lady is incredibly rude and assumes it’s okay to talk over a customer.
Also, I stayed here twice I will not do so anymore due to this recent experience, I was told by the staff that I checked out with a lady that I would get refunded for the night that we did not stay. And they have dragged their feet. Just to tell me no now.
Please be cautious that they do not clean their rooms thoroughly. If you lift up the sofa bed, you will notice that they don’t even vacuum the floor.

Not clean, incredibly rude staff member Mary.
Would not recommend staying here.

Ottimo hotel comodo per raggiungere Disneyland Paris

I stayed for three days, thinking that because it was a chain hotel, it would be a better choice. At first, the TV remote didn't work (it was out of battery). The air conditioning would turn off by itself at night, waking us up. On the last day, we had to go to the airport, and like every day, I needed milk for my baby. Suddenly, the staff member charged me €4 for two cartons of milk, even though I could have gotten it from the refrigerator like the other days the staff gave me for my baby. The only thing missing was charging me for heating the milk. Terrible experience, lacking common sense and empathy. I expected more.

Staff were very friendly. Room was modern, bed was amazingly comfy and breakfast was good too.

Très bon accueil. Moins de 20 min en bus de disneyland Paris. Propre, mobilier moderne. Literie confortable. Il y a tout l'équipement dont vous avez besoin. Petit déjeuner avec du choix. Je recommande cet établissement aux familles.

Good for visiting Disney, only takes 22 minutes on the bus and bus stop is 6 minutes walk away. Good value comparing to Disney hotels and very good breakfast, it is great to set you off for the day!

Service from reception to breakfast team was extra ordinary and amazing. It was service from heart. The other things I didn't like that much. In bathroom there was no toothpaste, brush, cotton buds etc. No sleepers for walk around, electric kettle I had to rent it which is refundable (dont know why)! Room was being everyday but I dont think it was being hoovered till the time we stayed there or may be it wasn't hoovered properly.
They have kids play area near reception but you need to have euro coins only €1 or €2, otherwise you cannot use the games for the kids as machine doesn't take card payment or even notes.

Amazing price and excellent room with shops nearby

Great for disney, super easy to get there just 10 mins in the car. Everywhere seemed clean.
Breakfast was ok, what you would expect.
Beds were pretty comfortable.
