The stay was very good, very simple and clean room. Check in was great, very friendly staff and good instructions.
Probably rooms need AC pero eso seria un extra.

Bare bones place - bad traffic noise at least for room next to the street - dingy gross towels that weren’t changed my whole 3 day stay - cheapest H&M home stuff in room…save yourself the time & spend a bit more. Technically in Condesa but a poor representation of the area.

Mycket rent och fint ställe. Precis som beskrivningen. Frukosten på Clara y Ema var fantastisk och höjer boendet från 4 till 5.

Pamela met us and we got early check in. Very nice and efficient. Room over road was a bit noisy but Pamela changed immediately.

El mejor hotel, central, limpio , moderno, me encanto.

Management was very helpful. We arrived late at night and we coordinated entry and payment before arrival. It can be warm without AC. We bought a fan that we used to keep the room comfortable.

The hotel was located in the perfect location for our needs. the breakfast included was definitely a perk. We appreciated how responsive Pamela was with our WhatsApp questions. Highly recommend!

The room was small but it was a cute, dainty living space. I wish that the bathroom has a sink in it rather than having them separate. The breakfast was amazing at Clara y Ema. The papaya bowl was scrumptious (a must try but not included in the breakfast). It was very close to parque chapultepec. It was a nice walk to Roma Sur, Roma Norte, parque Rio de janiero, parque España, parque Mexico, etc. Overall I would recommend Hotel Itto Condesa to travellers.

Lugar agradable y limpio pero la habitación daba a la calle y se escucha bastante el ruido. Buen desayuno.

Es excelente el precio.
Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos y estamos demasiado satisfechos con la ubicación, el precio y lo que ofrecen.
Los únicos detalles malos que tiene es que en las noches pasan muchos trailers y suenan demasiado aunque cierres la ventana; y el otro detalle es que el agua caliente de la regadera dura poco, aunque ayuda a que te bañes rápido y desperdicias menos.
El desayuno que ofrecen de Clara y Ema es lo mejor de lo mejor. Café delicioso, jugo refrescante y la variedad que ofrecen de sandwiches es increíblemente deliciosa.
Además, te dejan en tu habitación botellitas de agua, cápsulas de café y una barra de cereal, diariamente. Es excelente para las noches que ya no quieres salir a comprar algo al OXXO. Que por cierto, hay uno a cuadra y media, súper conveniente.
Volveré a quedarme en Hotel Itto la próxima vez que vaya a la CDMX.

Great location, super clean

A very nice vegan restaurant is right around the corner. A supermarket around the other corner and easy walk to the heart of Condesa.
A communal area at the hotel was quiet for writing in my travel journal.
