When arrived my room wasn't ready because they gave it to someone else . Then when we walked in the room the bed sheets were dirty . There were stains on the sheets, pillow and couch. The bathroom sink was dirty with hair

It is very close to everything, just steps from the beach and the manager is very nice and understands your needs… we will definitely stay there again for our next trip!!

Nice pet friendly hotel near the beach for quick family stays…..

We would come back often.

Location is AMAZING! Otherwise the photographer for their advertising is amazing… hotel in person not at all as advertised. Charged for my husband’s service animal. BYO toilet paper, BYO paper towels, sponges for kitchen sink. Roaches the size of small cars outside, and cracks under the door almost large enough for them to spend the night with you.

So, I rated this place 4 out of 5 stars because I read the other reviews and I knew what to expect. We only needed a safe, clean place to stay for 1 night before a cruise and we wanted to be right by the beach to check it out. In other words, bare bones was fine with us. Mission accomplished.
The gentleman who checked me in was nice and friendly. Check in was quick. The room was very bare bones, but AC pumped out that cold air!
If you think you’ll be able to cook there, think again. There was almost no supplies, as in pots, pans, silverware. There is a fridge and a microwave and a good size flat screen TV.
I will say the photos are a bit deceiving. The room is not as nice looking in person, but it still had the things we needed. Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom and shower were clean.
Oh!!! IMPORTANT: was not expecting the posted sign in the bathroom saying DO NOT FLUSH TOILET PAPER, PLACE IN TRASH CAN. Made me feel like I was in old Mexico, not the US! That was a bit much for me. The swimming pool is small but very clean.
Hope this helps others make an informed decision. Being RIGHT on the beach and the low price were deciding factors for us. The beach is beautiful and literally a 2 min walk. Area felt 100% safe!

Really the only thing that was annoying was $20 parking fee per night.

Great location. Older property. The room we were in was redone. Probably could of done a little more painting. Some of the wall plugs did not work. But to stay close to the boardwalk it was perfect!! Sams the owners are very nice people.

Exactly v what we needed for a relaxing vacation. Super close to the beach. Cool sun deck and pool. Staff are very nice.

The room was large, but run down, smelly, and poorly maintained. We didn't see any restaurants in the area. Fortunately the air conditioner worked.

No microwave, no bath mats, just two towels, did even have comforters, just thin blankets and I'm window air units. Not some place I would stay again. Lots of screaming from the unit across from us. No real amenities, not even a soda machine. Very old without updates. Pool looked nice though

good service and comunication. Clean and only couple steps from the beach

Bugs

When we got there, we were told the room with the single king bed we booked was "unavailable because it was under construction", so they "upgraded" us to a room with 2 random mismatched ikea beds. The room was disgusting. There was a pair of dirty womans panties hanging off the shower knob when we arrived. Lights didnt work. Fan didnt work. Other peoples trash was left everywhere to include used razors and old food. The toilet apparently leaked sewerage into the room below us and the guy actually asked us to not use the toilet in our room for the last 4 days we were there. It was close to the beach, this is the ONLY positive thing i can say.

Waited a week before the date and paid $250 total. Another couple there booked 6 weeks in advance and paid $117 which is Ok. Book early. I had little or no choice but to pay a premium. Good location one block from the Boardwalk and beautiful beach. Ok for one night.
