L'emplacement est parfait
Ana est très sympathique et disponible 👍

Cons:

Appartement plus petit que ce le site booking.com annonçait (annonce 52m2 alors qu'en réalité c'est 35m2 maximum)
L'appartement est peu équipé au niveau vaisselle de cuisine...

Really perfect stay! Highly recommend!
Pros:

Exactly as pictured if not nicer! Great location, everything needed for a real home from home! Claudio was absolutely amazing, super helpful and friendly.

Það var hott að vera þarna, er búinn að koma til Grand canary 12 sinnum, og verið á nokkrum hótelum, það mætti vera með frítt net.

Cons:

Það var netið, og íslenska sjónvarpið það var alltaf að detta út.

Fantastic Host, Accomodation and location perfect, facilities outstanding and pool area perfect!!!
Pros:

The Host Claudio was there to greet us and made us feel immediately welcome and showed us all the facilities which exceeded our expectations

Cons:

Only thing we missed was extra pillows but not a major issue

Cons:

Städningen , kom fredag fick veta att vi skulle byta rum lördag. Frågade på lördag vilken tid ingen visste någonting. Lördag vid 14:30 fick vi nya rummet.spola inte ned toapapper i stolen . Städningen blev inte förens onsdag. Väldigt äckligt. 4dagar utan städning

Pros:

Íbúðin var mjög fín, hrein og snirtileg, góðar svalir sol allan saginn.Staðsetningin mjög góð.
Starfsfolkið yndislegt, sundlaugasvæðið snyrtilegt góðir sundlaugabekkir..

Eina sem ég get sett út á eru lyfturnar þær eru þröngar og virkuðu þreyttar.

Bra standard. Aircondition. Kjøkkenet hadde det grunnleggende man trengte. Sentralt og butikker og restauranter rett i nærheten.

Cons:

Sengen var for hard for min del.

Our stay was quite nice, but reception service was zero.
Pros:

Location is very central and easy to travell by bus to other places. Our rooms were very clean. Sunlight hours at terrace were only 2 hours.

Cons:

The reception was mostly without personelle and on sundays no personnelle is working except 1 cleaning lady. The pool is very extremely cold. Our terrace received only 2 hours of sunlight.

Pros:

Ett bra område. Vi hade bokat 2 enkelsängar men fick en liten säng i en liten lägenhet i botten av hotellet. Vi kunde byta efter 3 dagar och fick en jättefin lägenhet på plan 3, då blev vi nöjda. Mycket mysigt poolområde.

Cons:

Informationen, det var inte receptionen man skulle prata med utan en dam på fjärde våningen. När vi kom sent på kvällen och fick nyckeln i ett låst skåp fanns ingen förklaring vart lägenheten var belägen. Det finns inget wifi. Det fick man köpa i en automat.

Локация . В целом как спланирован комплекс апартаментов.

Cons:

WiFi за отдельную плату через оплату в холле . Через какой - то доисторический платежный терминал. 😀
Когда Водонагреватель греет воду не возможно пользоваться другими электроприборами . Попытка включить чайник плиту или тостер приводит к выключению автомата.
Бассейн открыт с десяти утра и искупаться перед завтраком нет возможности.
