We had a comfortable stay, the hotel is easily acessible and the staff is proficient
Pros:

The hotel is well located and is close to the 24 x7 shop, so purchasing daily needs is easy. The hotel staff is quite responsive. The breakfast is good and is laid down timely.

Cons:

Provide a few more things in the room, things like an iron, few more good quality hangers, additional water bottles, body lotion in the washroom

Хотим поблагодарить отель «Гранд Нур» за такой приятный и комфортный отдых! Нам всё очень понравилось. В номере было чисто и уютно, персонал приветливый и внимательный. Было действительно приятно здесь остановиться.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Small and cozy hotel with swimming pool and small bar but without elevator .

Cons:

No elevator, we asked to clean the room but no one cleaned .

Завтраки очень слабые
Pros:

Отель после реновации. Новая мебель и сантехника, чисто, удобно

Cons:

На ужин третьего дня заказали пиццу в баре у бассейна. Есть подозрение что туда положили то, что не съели на завтраке. Я впервые в жизни отравилась, да так,что пришлось скорую вызвать, думала что не улетим. Это была точно их пицца, т.к. до этого часов 5-6 не ели, а после ужина в 10 вечера как раз с 3 ночи началось веселье. Так что есть там не рекомендую

Buena opción para alojarse en Tashkent.
Pros:

Personal atento.
Habitación grande.
Piscina.
Buen desayuno, variado, con múltiples opciones.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido.
Le hace falta actualizar algunas aspectos de la habitación. El baño estaba muy bien, pero la puerta del baño estaba muy vieja y cerraba mal.

Pros:

Чисто , тихо , спокойно. Отличный чистый бассейн, хорошие завтраки. Хороший внимательный персонал, особенно администратор ( имя я его забыла) , но называла его Джафаром😜Он поймет, наверное. Очень внимательный. По любым вопросам можно обращаться к нему. Искренне считаю, что от администратора многое зависит...

Pros:

Отель чистый, бассейн открыт до 23.00. Персонал отзывчивый и очень вежливый, завтраки вкусные, тарелки пополняют, если закончились. Вода, чай, кофе - в номере бесплатно и потом тоже можно просить воду на ресепшене - дают бутылочки бесплатно.

Cons:

Нет лифта. Чемоданы поднимать и спускать на 3 этаж - это тяжело.
Мы останавливались с питомцем, маленькая спокойная собачка. За проживание с животным взимается отдельная плата, 25$ за ночь. Это неоправданно дорого, как за человека, даже больше. Я попросила скидку, мне снизили до 20$. За 6 ночей отдельно за собаку я заплатила 120$ и за нас, за троих 406$, включая завтраки.
На мой взгляд, это очень дорого. 5-10$ ещё куда ни шло, но 20-25 - это перебор...
