You can’t beat the location. The condo was nice, clean and spacious. The building elevators were broken so only one of the 3 elevators worked which caused long wait times or taking the stairs. Other than that, would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed having a kitchen and laundry room to do laundry. The room itself was nice, but some lights were not working in the room and room service did not come once to clean our room.

We booked an extra day at the start of our trip to Toronto and the host made it very easy - great communication. I was a bit apprehensive to pay the large security deposit before we got to the building so we actually did all the pre check in form stuff in the lobby but it was very straightforward

Horrible "hotel". Communication with staff was horrible, check in and out absolutely awful and they advertise a pool yet it is ONLY for long term residents of the building!! The balcony on the room did not have any chairs, so we went and bought 2 camping chairs just so we could sit outside and left them there due to travelljng for the next guests to use. The room was dirty and overall the worst accommodation experience we've ever had on holidays!!! Book elsewhere, these people do not care about customers.

Great location. Nice set up. Could improve communication with customers. Some upkeep issues with property (ex: missing/broken vertical blinds) but otherwise clean.

It took just under 2 hours to check in.
The staff at the desk might be the most unhelpful group I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to deal with.
Around 20 folks had issues checking in. The communication with the renter and the folks at the desk is zero percent.
It’s an apartment building that a bunch of individuals rent out via apps. And it’s a complete mess.
Many folks also waiting hours.
The folks tell you to just go to the desk, but you need an email sent to the desk. So you call, and no one picks up.
I was texted almost 2 hours after I finally got in that my place was ready. Thanks, too little too late.
A cleaner took hours to clean the place. At a time when we should have been checked in already.
There was no Parking. Even though it said there was.
The staff didn’t care, and didn’t help.
So we had to go find a parking lot a block away.
The elevators were over worked and slow.
There was a lineup out of the building just to get on one of the 6 elevators. That’s right. 6 of them.
And it took 30ish minutes just to get on the elevator. Then another 10 as it went up and down at random till I finally got to my floor.
We were charged almost the same amount for the damage deposit as the room!
That’s outrageous. For a place that was two hour late in getting to us? And then you get an email that really pushes that you do your own clean up and take out the garbage!?!?
Plus an email after you get in that says your check out is 11am so check out before 11am or get charged!?

Within walking distance of lots of attractions

Lovely apartment in a central location in great condition however the convoluted process of checking in with security guards and no hotel staff was tedious and a bit confusing. There was one working elevator out of 3 for our busy and 4 day stay and we were informed it had been this way for a previous 5 weeks. This caused a lot of inconvenience and tension amongst travelers and detracted from what should have been a great experience. This one elevator had to service 27 floors and wait times exceeded half an hour during check in and check out times. We chose to walk up and down the 10 flights to our lovely room but others could not have done so.

Blue Jay fans would love the location of this property - across the street from Rogers Center access. The check-in and check out was easy, communication was excellent, the condo was spacious, immaculately clean and perfect for our 5 night stay! Convenient location to several landmarks, restaurants, shopping and a quick 1/2 drive to the airport. Elevators posed some inconvenience as all were not working. Otherwise absolutely loved it! Will be there again and will spread the word on this outstanding property!

Add posting says the place will be ready by 4. We didn’t get our place until 5:15. The company contacts you - via what’s app instead of email? I checked my email and junk. Never received an email from them, they’re blaming me for this. 0/6 elevators working so we had to walk 22 floors all weekend - not their fault it wasn’t working but company wasn’t willing to do anything about it (money back wise) lots of puke in the staircase from hundreds of people having to use them all weekend. Very disappointed with this place.

This was an except place to stay! For our stay, it was right beside Roger’s Stadium, central to everything. The elevators were a bit of a nightmare, but that would be my only negative add.

Really convenient location for CN tower & exploring. The kitchen had basic equipment for cooking/preparing food. Annoyingly the lift was broken during our stay which was a challenge with a pram.

Needs upkeep. Ceiling fan hanging from bathroom. Light switch cracked. No top sheet was on bed. Not enough towels or bedding

Check in is the worst i've seen ever.

It took 45 min and 3 phone calls to finally get the keys
The guy a the desk took my phone and allow himself to check inside my mails. I had to ask him to give me my phone back.

The room was perfect for what we needed. The location impeccable. Walked to Roger’s walked to Scotiabank arena. Everything is so close to you in this location.

The building was down to one elevator due to some severe water damage throughout the building. Their communication often had mistakes. One message would say to leave the key in the unit while another would say to leave it with security. Or they would say to take the stairs up, but you can't access the stairs since the door is locked and there is nowhere to scan your key. Overall it was an okay stay, nothing exceptional. Not sure I would stay here again, then again you can't get much closer to a Jays game if you tried.

I really liked how cozy and comfortable everything felt. Very spacious. The panoramic view did not disappoint, and it was nice having the balcony to really enjoy the view!

The property has a great location and is great for those passing by. The building itself looks nice but once in the elevators were not available and when they were took long periods of time or had to many people on them. To get from our floor we had to walk down 10 flights of stairs . Overall the room was okay but can definitely tell the furniture is well used. The price is astronomical for what you get.
