The spa was excellent, however the three stars on the property is mainly because of its thin walls, where you can hear customers in other rooms and boy were some of them loud chatter boxes, other than that, it is a fabulous hotel but need to soundproof the rooms.

The staff was very nice and friendly, but the cleaning staff was rude and had an attitude. They absolutely did not clean, apart from making the bed and changing the towels. We even got scolded because a bit of pepsi had been spilled on the bed by mistake. Also, the hotel’s air conditioning only runs on one system: if you feel hot and it’s been 23 degrees, you are not allowed to turn on the cold air – only warm air comes out. Because the whole hotel runs on the same air conditioning settings.

I stayed at this property for a month with my kids. The staff were very friendly and warm. The breakfast was Turkish breakfast and they serve the same options every morning so my kids did not like that there was no variety. The rooms were clean and they cleaned the rooms daily. The area around the hotel is a bit old. However it was very safe and close to a mall called Historia that has a variety of fast food restaurants and shopping. It was also close to a park that my kids enjoyed walking to at times. Overall, I’m quite happy with my stay. It didn’t have the extra amenities like gym and pool but it was clean and in a safe and quiet area. We traveled to other parts of Istanbul to try different restaurants. I would recommend.

Staff were lovely. It was a bit noisy at night but clean room and overall a good experience.

Oda seçimi için önceden yardımcı olan Resepsiyonda ki çalışan beyfendiye teşekkür ederim. Genel bir değerlendirme için ortalama ve biraz üstü gibi diyebilirim. Bir program vesilesiyle bir gün geldik ve dinlendik iyiydi .

Easy access to transportation

If they can have more Verity in there breakfast and if they can make different verity instead of the samethings everyday.

Hotel was as expected with warm, friendly staff.

Over all it was good. There was a previously water leak mark and paint coming off from the celing in the middle. Location wise it was hard to reach as it was on uphill which was very steap. Metro was on a fair distance but for Tram it was far.

Doğru dürüst Türkçe konuşmayan bir çalışan çıkış yapacağım saatte asansörü sıvı sabun kutuları ile işgal etmişti, benim asansöre binmemi istemedi, 1 kat yukarı çıkıp indim, çünkü kendisinin sabun dağıtma işinin benim otelden çıkış yapma işimden daha önemli olduğunu düşünüyordu bu şahıs. Yastık kılıfları pek temiz değildi, yataklardan biri üzerindeki yastık kılıfında saçlar vardı. Bu otelin tek iyi yanı lokasyonu, başka önerilecek bir yanını göremiyorum. Akasary metro istasyonuna yakın.

J'avais pourtant lu ces signalements sur certains avis negatifs mais je voulais me faire une idée par moi même, insonorisation déplorable, vous avez l'impression que vos voisins discutent dans votre chambre ou utilise votre salle de bain, en plus d'un bruit de ventilation ou de local technique dans le couloir toutes les 45 minutes. Plus gênant, les odeurs d'égouts dans la salle de bain et le veilleur de nuit désagréable. Le reste de l'hôtel est correct sans plus. Je ne recommande pas cet hotel
