Great Location and Staff. Subpar Spa and Mediocre Dining at Le Club Alpin
Pros:

The Staff members were extremely helpful and kind. Location was great, right on the slopes. Both restaurants, the Japanese and Wild Cabin were pretty nice dining options. Housekeeping left small treats each day of our stay, very aligned with properties of this rating.

Cons:

1) Spa facilities were underwhelming. The main pool’s temperature was below our expectations. No whirlpool or jacuzzi - this is pretty basic for any world-class spa.
2) Le Club Alpin: the food was very limited and mediocre and the service extremely slow.

Perfect
Pros:

Possibly one of my favourite hotels we have stayed in! I can’t fault anything from our stay. The staff were all so lovely and really looked after you from breakfast, the ski shop, spa and in the restaurants and bar. We had the best time, thank you for making it so special. Would definitely return

Pros:

Maravilhoso. Funcionarios muito simpaticos, em especial Diogo Fernandes, a Sara do restaurante, pessoas felizes que nos bem rececebem. O hotel é maravilhoso em tudo.

Apenas gostaria de ter tido acesso as informaçoes sobre actividades do hotel no exterior, acho que essa informaçao devia ser dada no check-in.

Soggiorno molto rilassante
Pros:

Colazione ottima e varia sia dolce che salata con cucina a vista. Posizione perfetta sopratutto d'inverno, direttamente sulle piste da sci. l'attenzione del personale, in ogni settore, è stata perfetta!

Cons:

La zona "umida" della SPA era un po' piccola e il bagno turco non funzionava.
