استثنائية وجميلة وتحس بالفخامة قريب جدا من السنتر مشي مريح هادي الاكل لذيذ الإفطار رائع والجلسات في الفندق كل مكان للتأمل والطاقة والراحة والترفيه والاسترخاء الغرف كبيره والحمام جدا كبير يوجد شطاف الي في الكرسي

الموقع الفخامه الإطلالة مساحة الغرف طلبنا غرف متجاوره وكانت جانب بعض

موظفة الاستقبال كانت جافه ولم تظهر تعاون في وقت الخروج طلبت الخروج مبكر ايضا لم تساعدنا في خدمة المواصلات أخبرتنا انه فقط إلى الجولف وبعد ذلك اتضح انه كل مكان

Our stay was tremendous but hygiene should definitely be improved!
Pros:

The location is perfect. The staff is outstanding. Very friendly and service oriented. The food is good but a bit too expensive

Cons:

Our room wasn’t clean at all (hairs on the ground, spider webs in the bathroom, make up on the bathrobe, the shower wasn’t clean), but this was takend care of by the staff. Although the staff was outstanding in solving the problem, issues like these should never happen in a hotel in this price range!

Wonderful stay, great service, very beautiful hotel
Pros:

The atmosphere of the hotel was very calming and welcoming. The rooms were clean and cosy. We loved the balconies of the rooms (spacious and relaxing).

Cons:

During booking I requested a connected room and to have one of the rooms with 2 double beds. I made the request way in advance of my stay. A few days before my check in, I was informed that neither the connected rooms were available nor the double beds. I was very disappointed to be informed only a few days before my stay and seriously reconsidered my stay. However, during check in I was informed that the connecting rooms were available and that all my requests were met. In the end I was very happy, but the stress I was put through up to check in was not a nice experience. I hope there is a better way to handle this in the future.
