Ruhig gelegen am Faulersee. Sehr gutes Frühstück in schönem Frühstücksraum mit Seeblick. Eigener Parkplatz. Straßenbahn in die Stadt in kurzer Distanz.

Cons:

Temperatur des Zimmers nicht regelbar? Offene Dusche zwar modern, aber überschwemmt das Bad.

Die Werbung offeriert Ausblick auf Wald oder See. Mein Ausblick war die nur wenige Meter entfernten Rückwand des Restaurants mit entsprechend geringen Lichteinfall. Das hatte ich nicht gebucht 😞

Pech oder Baumangel. Der Trittschall aus dem Zimmer des mutmaßlich über mir untergebrachten Gastes war schlafraubend.

Bei der offenen Dusche fehlt eine Erhöhung oder entsprechende Neigung, da das Wasser ohne Handtücher davor ins Bad läuft.

Die Frühstücksauswahl ist für den Preis sehr gering, keine richtige Auswahl an veganen Alternativen.

Der Buffetbereich ist ebenfalls sehr eng, wenn sich dort mehr als drei Personen aufhalten.
