Clean, location, privacy, huge bed
Good location, places to eat, have breakfast and coffee nearby. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms.
Only one seat for sitting to eat at the kitchen area. We had some poor communication using the app about the coffee machine. Took over 24hrs to resolve an issue with would have been resolved in seconds if we had onsite staff. We also were advised there was luggage storage, which there is, however this is first come, first serve, and there are only 2 lockers for large cases, we had to find and pay for an alternative place and pay for this.
All of these things are small, and we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Originally booked and paid in Sonders 'Sister' apartment in Seattle but moved by Sonder when original apartment was sold. Arrived at new apartment to find new booking not recognized. Almost impossible to find someone prepared to help. Only suggestion was to try somewhere else? Maybe fine place to stay when things work out but not worth taking the risk. Had to find last minute alternative accommodation after booking and paying for 'Pivot'. Sonder very difficult to deak with, little chance of seeing any refund. Feel as if our money was 'stolen'
Everything was perfect, and the view form the rooftop was amazing, very clean, close to the city centre, I really recommend for everyone

Nice location at Capital hill. Clean and good size studio with everything you need for a short to medium length stay. Communal laundry facility was very helpful as we have been travelling for a long period so very badly needed the laundry . Flawless contactless check-in and checkout process

Incredibly disappointed with the service and facilities. Booking incorrectly handled and complex without sufficient rooms or beds provided. Unable to accommodate us (our whole party) despite two rooms and two beds being paid for in advance . I was travelling with elderly parents and there was little to no sympathy or help provided. No assistance for seeking another place to stay was provided. We had to seek another place to stay at considerable expense, stress and inconvenience. Requested a refund for incorrect services provided, and this is yet to be received. We been travelling for many years, and have been really disappointed with the Marriott experience

The highway noise was a bit loud, and the shared spaces the rugs need a little love
The location was the best part: in a quiet neighborhood with interesting restaurants, pubs, and people, but right across the freeway from downtown and the convention center.
I can't answer questions on these surveys about dining facilities, staff, and other amenities because this is an apartment with a floor or two devoted to out-of-towners, There is nothing for travelers but a room. That worked for me, but it won't work for everyone.

This was a fabulous place, so much nicer than a hotel we had stayed in downtown. Clean and modern, comfortable, really pleasant. Glorious bed, great shower, nice tiny kitchenette, subtle air-conditioning. The walls were basically glass, so some people might feel like they're being observed, but we didn't mind. Easy to get in with the codes and the neighborhood was pleasant and not as scary as some of the downtown ones. I wish we'd stayed here the whole time. And a great Pho restaurant right downstairs.
It was really annoying that we couldn't see the codes in the email directly and had to click on a link. The app wouldn't open on my phone! Luckily I was traveling with my laptop and could open the email, otherwise we would have been really screwed. Next time, just send the codes in the email please.
Locatie en hygiëne. Wel gehorige grote weg ernaast.
We hadden voor 4 personen geboekt maar er was niet genoeg bedlinnen. We hebben het over twee bedden verdeeld waardoor een aantal mensen koud kregen in de nacht en op een molton moest slapen. Daarnaast waren er onvoldoende handdoeken en was verlichting te beperkt aanwezig (te weinig lampen). We hebben gebeld over het bedlinnen maar niemand nam op, terwijl Sonder claimt 24/7 beschikbaar te zijn. Ook kwamen de foto’s op Booking niet overeen met de werkelijkheid (stuk kleiner).
