Reservé una habitación y me dieron otra peor.

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal de recepción.

Cons:

Teníamos reservada una habitación Family de luxe para 4 personas y era diminuta, casi no nos podíamos mover... El baño también era muy muy pequeño. Para colmo estaba en la planta -1, o sea que era una especie de sótano con vistas a una pared. Creo que nos estafaron con la habitación porque en Booking decía que tenía 28 m y esa no tenía ni 15 m, además las fotos del baño y de la habitación tampoco se correspondían con la nuestra. Por lo que respecta al desayuno, bastante escaso y variado. Muy poco orientado a los gustos europeos.

Pros:

Ligging was super ! Tram voor de deur. Bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Veel eetgelegenheden.

Cons:

Enige minpunt was dat parkeren niet in de prijs zat maar wel op de site werd aangeboden. Op 1minuut van het hotel was er een beveiligde parkeerplaats voor €30,- per dag.

Very good value
Pros:

Lovely facility. The staff were soooo friendly and helpful. Many restaurants and places to shop on the streets. it felt very safe, The breakfast is good.

Cons:

The single room was very small, but very comfortable. But I had asked for this room, to save money. It is a challenge to get there by Metro, which I used.

Pros:

Stayed for a week. Location was perfect! Staff were kind and helpful. The first room I had was a triple on the street side and I really enjoyed having a big window with a bit of a view. Then I moved into a single room for the remainder of my stay. It was tiny but cozy and super clean. The window was not much to look out as it faced a cement "courtyard". I appreciated the fact that there was coffee in the room as well as in the lobby.

Cons:

Breakfast was lacking, nothing really good.
