Marius Hotel

We had an excellent stay. The rooms were modern and clean, and the hotel is in an excellent area, walkable to all the big attractions in Sultanamet. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff - super attentive, kind and providing excellent service. We will come to stay again when we are back in Istanbul.

Small very clean room for solo female traveler for a reasonable rate in an highly desirable location. The hotel felt very safe and secure. Super helpful desk staff. Not glamorous or boutique vibe but absolutely perfect for my needs!

Very good hotel

Lovely modern hotel in the best location for access to restaurants , shops, bazaars and transport. Staff from reception to cleaning staff were professional and very helpful and even arranged breakfast rolls for us as we had a very early morning flight back home. My only request would be please to include more hangers in the wardrobe but I guess maybe some guests take them home !

If I was going to stay here again I would ask for a room away from the road as unfortunately taxis/ cars have a habit of sounding their horn early morning and late but that’s obviously not the hotel’s fault!

I’ve stayed at many hotels throughout my years as a traveller Marius Hotel is the best place I’ve ever stayed at. The hospitality is like no other, they truly reflect the Turkish culture and make it a place where you feel you belong. Mustafa, Bashi, Mert, and AbdlMalik, and all of them have been absolutely outstanding in the work they do, it doesn’t even feel like work their like friends suggesting and helping out where and how to go to touristy areas. They’re very generous in offering free teas, coffee, small snacks, and will always be happy to have small talk. I would without a doubt come back, it would a waste to miss.

We recently stayed at this hotel with family and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We booked two rooms and both were always spotless—housekeeping did a fantastic job. The hotel is fairly new, I believe staff said only 3 years old. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, but I especially want to mention Barış, who was so sweet and helpful throughout our visit. He always greeted us with a smile and even offered us coffee whenever we were in the lobby—a big bonus for a family of coffee lovers like us!

The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious, with a variety of fresh options that kept us full until well into the day. The location couldn’t be better—super central and just a short walk to all the major attractions, ferry terminals, and train stations.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Nice peacefule hotel

This hotel lives up to the 5 star rating. The staff is great, buffet breakfast delicious. Ideal location, with walking distance to everything. Rooms are clean and modern. Cleaning staff will make your stay comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service!

The hotel is very close to all the important places, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean but very dark. The breakfast was good.

Lidt træls når man har bestilt transfer igennem hotellet, at transferfirmaet ikke er der til aftalt tid. Det kan hotellet selvfølgelig ikke gøre ved, men de skal stramme op på transferfirmaet.

It is easy to walk from the hotel to all major attractions in the old town. Tram T1 is very close to the hotel. It takes about one and a half hour to go from the IST airport to the hotel using Metro (M11, M2, and T1). The staff is very friendly and helpful.
