the room was big and great for us 1 family.
The parking not easy to the hotel, as it is on the corner on a narrow road. The hotel stated there parking at the hotel but there was no parking and we have to park at paid parking area.
Nur die Lage. Es ist in der Nähe von Ulucami und der Stadt.
Die Kommunikation war bis zur Anreise ebenfalls gut.
Es war eine reinste Katastrophe. Die Zimmer waren sehr dunkel und veraltet. Es hat sehr stark nach Zigaretten gestunken, obwohl 2 Tage für uns angeblich gelüftet wurde. Ich habe erwähnt, dass ich mit einem Baby anreise!! Wir wurden nicht informiert, dass die Unterkunft keine Nichtraucher Zimmer verfügt. Es war so schlimm, dass wir nach einer Nacht gestunken haben - unsere Kleidung im Koffer ebenfalls! Darüber hinaus waren die Handtücher so ranzig, dass man nicht duschen konnte. Außerdem war die Bettwäsche ebenfalls veraltet, man hat sich einfach nur noch geekelt. Die Zimmer waren außerdem kalt - Heizung hat kaum funktioniert!! Dafür gab es eine Klimaanlage die heizen konnte, daraus wurde aber noch mehr Zigaretten Geruch gepustet. Das Zimmer war einfach voll mit Schadstoffen, was super gesundheitsschädlich ist.. als wir das alles angemerkt haben und das Hotel aufgrund dieser Probleme verlassen wollten und unser Geld zurück wollten, hat der Inhaber versucht uns emotional zu manipulieren.. zur Verbesserung wurden die Gardinen gewaschen, was natürlich in einem Raucherzimmer niemals helfen würde!! Hätte man aber auch vorher machen können. Die Fenster sind außerdem sehr dünn, sodass das Zimmer im Winter ohne heizende Klimaanlage ziemlich kalt bleibt. Man hört auch alles von außen.
Für das Geld gibt es saubere und schöne Unterkünfte.
Es ist so unverschämt von unserer Gutgläubigkeit zu profitieren. Man hätte uns einfach auch sagen können, dass das Hotel einfach nicht geeignet ist.. stattdessen war man einfach nach Geld aus, wirklich sehr schade. So hatte ich diese Unterkunft nicht in Erinnerung..

Got into Bursa from Göreme by bus around 5 in the morning—barely slept a wink all night. Stumbled to the hotel using public transport before 7, way too early for check-in. The front door was locked, and I was too shy to ring the bell in case I bothered them. Was freezing my butt off though, so I decided to give it a shot and ask if I could just drop my bags at the front desk first. Turns out the owner opened up, not only checked me in right away but even upgraded my room. Honestly, I was so touched I almost cried.
Good hotel location and public parking nearby.
The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and all of my belongings absorbed the odor. The bedsheet was too small and not secured, constantly slipping off during the night. The shower was very small and dirty, and the room did not fully match the photos. Sound insulation is very poor — noise from neighboring apartments and heavy road traffic made it difficult to rest. Very disappointing experience. Not recommended.
