Don't book in hot weather- no air-conditioning
Pros:

Breakfast was good One guy at the reception desk swapped our room to a lower floor facing the inner courtyard where it was a bit less hot than on floor 7.

Cons:

No air-conditioning. Housekeeping leaves windows open, so the heat comes in and iit makes it even more unbearable.

Pros:

It’s a very central location.
Decent size room for Central London.

Cons:

For context, I paid over 440 (600+ USD) pounds for two nights.
It was rather expensive, but I thought I was paying for quality. But I was met with disappointments as follows
1. There was no AC in the very hot weather, I eventually came to terms with the discomfort that this would bring. I then politely asked reception for an additional fan as I was not coping with just the one small fan, but I was immediately shut down and asked ‘’ if we don’t have enough fans for all the rooms why should we give you two?’’

2. There was no complementary water or any sort of drink in the room especially given how hot the weather is. We asked reception if we can get complementary water to drink. He told us that they don’t give complimentary water, I couldn’t believe it!

3. I made a call to reception to request cutlery, and tissue. I was told that they don’t offer room service that I have to come down from the fifth floor to come and collect it.

I left this hotel feeling like I got scammed, I paid over US$600 only to drench and drown in my own sweat. Receive extremely poor Customer Service from reception, and not have basics like complementary water or extra tissues. If this was 100 pound per night hotel maybe I would slightly understand but for the price it is definitely a rip off!

An extremely disappointed customer!

Super séjour.
Pros:

La propreté, l’accueil, le confort et les attentions pour l’anniversaire de ma femme.

Cons:

La climatisation manquante dans la chambre ainsi que la fenêtre pas très isolée. On entendait extrêmement fort les véhicules et les gens dans la rue. Heureusement que l’hôtel fournissait les boules quies.

Hotel ma dobra lokalizację, miła obsługę i jak na Londyn pokój nie jest strasznie ciasny. Czysto, wygodne łóżko, gorąca woda pod prysznicem... Jestem zadowolona.

Cons:

Śniadanie było średnie, ale jak na Londyn nienajgorsze... Było drogo około 18 funtów za osobę.

Não tomei café, mas me parecia bonito, a localização era boa.

Cons:

Calor insuportável e apenas um ventilador de pé no chão, a janela só abre 10 cm, pois está trancada com chave, os funcionários se recusaram a abrir por questões de segurança, e também disseram que todos os quartos estavam daquele jeito e que não adiantaria me mudar, o banheiro inundava no banho pois o box não fecha. Eles não tem lençóis e sim capas de edredom, que eu consegui tirar o "recheio" para amenizar o calor. Não foi suficiente, foram 3 noites em claro.

No volvería porque no se puede dormir a la noche debido al ruido del exterior.
Pros:

Las camas, sabanas, toallas. Limpieza.

Cons:

El ruido. No se podía dormir ni conversar en la habitación del ruido de afuera. Las ventanas no aislan nada. El ruido era todo el día y en especial a la noche hasta la madrugada. Y desde las 5.00AM.
