I stayed in a Junior Suite and it was plenty big.

Good for one night stay. Room is clean and maintained. I enjoyed my stay. only one thing is I can hear the sounds when someone is walking / talking in the hallway. Check-in and checkout process is simple. It’s worth for the money what I paid.

I was visiting Charlotte for the first time and I was traveling solo. It was important for me to be in a safe location with good access and nice accommodations. I took a chance with Kasa and I was not disappointed!! Everything was perfect for my stay! The secure access into the building and my room, the quick responsiveness of the company, and atmosphere in the room was all excellent. The only negative thing is there is no closet to hang your clothes, but there was an iron and little ironing board. I would definitely stay again!

Very clean and beautifully decorated. The instructions did say the parking lot was inaccessible , but it was not blocked by the construction and it would have felt weird parking on the street in front of houses.

Construction right outside our window which we were not advised of before making reservations only after.

Ran out of Toilet paper. Contacted KASA who were not able to supply,(No housekeeping on site) so we had to take it from the mens bathroom in the lobby.

Having said that, the room itself was nice and the property is in what is normally a very nice area.

I am a fan of Kasa’s type of hotels. I love the self check-in process, rooms are clean and fully equipped to enjoy your stay. All the communications occur via texting with Kasa staff, who are promptly ready to help!

This the fourth time I have stayed at this property. Excellent and easy check in- clean and quiet and the parking is great to have. I will definitely be back.

Needs a new bed that doesn’t squeak. Good stay other than this.

I needed a cheap place to sleep for a work meeting the next day. I have never stayed in a place so clean! It was spotless and everything looked like it was brand new. The kitchen area in the room would have been perfect if you wanted to cook a meal or two. I did miss that there was no desk in the room to actually work, but I could have worked in the common areas if I needed to. Great WiFi too! The room was a little on the chilly side and I think I blew the fuse using the heater in the room. But I really didn't mind that since I was only there to spend the night and I just took it as a sign to go to bed earlier. . The atmosphere was really interesting and seemed like I was in an European hostel or something but with private room. I would defintelty stay here again. The location was in the very expensive housing area in Charlotte close to South Park Mall. The outdoor space looked very inviting and I wish I had more time to really enjoy it. But work called...

Nice place. Very clean, well appointed. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Very close to CMC. Many restaurants, grocery stores and other shops in walking distance. Overall a great experience!

Great property - excellent location. Will definitely be back IF we can request an upstairs unit. (Could hear guests walking above us) AND room 005 desperately needs a new mattress. Very uncomfortable - we both kept rolling to the middle.

Charming neighborhood, full size fridge and outdoor patio!

The place was very lovely and quiet. My room was very clean and comfortable. I have already booked another trip in December thx.

The noise level was somewhat high, as an example other doors opening and closing outside the unit. The temperature cannot be controlled individually and that was my biggest gripe. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and toiletries were provided. Overall nice place

I was totally delighted with my stay here. It's wonderfully charming, a little bit quirky, very contemporary feeling place with sitting areas and an outdoor patio. I loved the chocolate chip cookies and cans of still water that welcomed me. Free parking was an added perk. Super easy to do the virtual check in with the great instructions that were given, and the codes for the doors worked perfectly! My only suggestion would be that unless you like to sleep on really firm pillows bring your own!

Great location and customer service. Unfortunately our bed was very squeaky but otherwise an enjoyable stay
