Accommodations and staff are excellent. Breakfast layout needs improvement.
Pros:

Stop Way is very good value for money. Rooms are very clean and spacious, there are plenty of power outlets and bedside reading lamps for reading (something very few hotels offer requiring guests needing light in bed to rely on overhead lighting). Beds are firm and very comfortable, two pillows are provided per bed as well as a thin blanket over the sheet. A mini-bar is available in the room. The bathroom is well set up with a powerful shower.

The staff are all around pleasant and helpful, check-in was quick and efficient. The lobby has seating and a small café, not expected in a 3* hotel but much appreciated. Overall the hotel provides a feeling of cleanliness and openness.

The location is good with restaurants walking distance and a gas station café nearby where a large variety of snacks and drinks can be purchased to stock the mini-bar.

Cons:

I have consistently had bad luck at breakfast and seem to hit the peak time. Improvement can be made, not with the food or the staff, but with the physical set-up. The breakfast area gets very crowded at peak time and items run out quickly, even basics like coffee, water, juice, ice and fruit. The staff run around trying to keep up but it is difficult for them simply because of the design of the space. The layout of available food, drinks, cutlery/plates all along one wall does not accommodate the capacity at the peak. Too many people and too little space. It would be much better to expand the breakfast layout providing ease of access for both staff and guests. Perhaps an island which can be accessed from both sides and/or splitting up the areas for food / drinks / plates so it does not get so crowded along a single wall. There is ample room in the area to come up with a clever layout that would make it easier for everyone.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização.
O quarto é espaço.
O quarto dispõe de espelho no banheiro e um espelho grande no quarto.

Cons:

A disponibilidade de cobertores é com custo adicional.
Independente da quantidade de hóspedes por quarto, é disponibilizada apenas uma chave.
O café da manhã é fraquíssimo. Não fazem na hora nenhum prato quente, o disponível é apenas o que está no buffet.
O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava bem.
A TV do quarto não funcionava nenhum canal.
A internet ficava caindo toda hora.
O travesseiro é super fino.
O chuveiro espirra muita água, deveria ter toucas plásticas no banheiro.
