Amazing apartment in the best possible location — right in the historic center of Naples! The place was cozy, stylish, and full of character. Everything we needed was there. A perfect home away from home!

Wszystko było super, extra personel, pokoje i basen. Śniadanie też było znakomite. Spokojna lokalizacja, trochę daleko od centrum ale przystanek jest obok hotelu i tanie taksówki rekompensują to.

Нам было очень хорошо в этом месте. Снимали два номера для большой семьи, номера просто огромные. Соотношение цена/качество 10 из 10. Есть чем заняться бильярд, снукер, пинг понг, тренажерный зал, бассейн. Персонал очень дружелюбный, всегда готовы помочь. Поесть в ресторане можно круглосуточно. Надеюсь приедем ещё в это гостеприимное место!

Я обещал поставить 10, потому что нам обещали завтраки, которые не входили, для улучшения их рейтинга, но завтраков мы не увидели, поэтому свое обещание не выполняю, ставлю 7, хотя хотелось и меньше. Понравились большие номера, бронировали два отдельных, но нам предложили один с двумя спальнями и общей гостиной, в каждой спальне душ и туалет. Выбрали его, чтобы не ходить из номера в номер. Цена была первостепенным фактором, т.к.в Ереване дешевое такси и ездить в четвером было существенно дешевле чем брать два маленьких номера в центре города. Завтраки нормальные, вполне можно выбрать и уйти сытым.

The only good thing was that the hotel 3riple room was very big. They allow pet and anna in the reception was nice and she spoke good in English.

The property is in a good location and the room is very spacious. The staff were amazing especially Anna. Even when Anna wasn’t physically present at the hotel she still communicated with us and made sure we got whatever we needed.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Defense Hotel Yerevan for 8 days, and everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for, which really set the tone for the entire stay.

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. Housekeeping did an excellent job , ensuring everything was clean and organized. The hotel facilities were also great—everything worked perfectly, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing.

One of the highlights of our stay was the service and the spacious rooms. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. A special mention goes to Anna, who was incredibly helpful and kind. She is fluent in English, having spent a long time in the United States, which made communication very easy for us. She went above and beyond to assist us, always with a warm and friendly attitude, and truly made our experience even more enjoyable.

The location was calm, and the overall ambiance of the hotel made it feel like a home away from home. Whether it was the comfort, cleanliness, or the exceptional service, everything was fantastic.
