Wonderful stay with clean, spacious rooms and exceptionally friendly, helpful staff—especially Anna
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at La Defense Hotel. The rooms were lovely, clean, and very spacious, which made the whole experience extremely comfortable and relaxing. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere, and everything was well-maintained.

What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff — they were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional throughout. A special thank you to Anna for her kindness, friendliness, and support. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Un excellent séjour avec un petit-déjeuner exceptionnel et des chambres très spacieuses pour un très bon rapport qualité
Pros:

Le séjour a été très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnel et le fait qu’il soit servi directement dans la chambre est un vrai plus. Les chambres sont ultra spacieuses, très confortables et bien équipées. Le personnel est également très gentil, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. Pour ce niveau de confort, le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment excellent.

Stanza molto ampia con soggiorno enorme, buona pulizia, non abbiamo usufruito della colazione perché servita troppo tardi (9.30)

Cons:

Struttura molto decentrata ma abbastanza comoda da/per aeroporto. Staff al desk non parlava inglese e c’è stata incomprensione per il pagamento che ci ha fatto perdere molto tempo
