Excelente estadía
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal fue excelente. Te hacen sentir en casa, recuerdo a Aram que fue súper atento y lamentablemente no sé el nombre del resto pero todos fueron geniales. El lugar limpio, ordenado, la comida fue muy destacable, de lo mejor que probé en Erevan. Volvería con gusto a alojarme allí.

if you plan to stay near the airport I like I did, chose another place closer
Pros:

Somehow, Booking.com recommended this hotel to us as being near the airport, but it is not near the airport at all. We landed at 3 a.m. and left the airport at 5 a.m. It took us over 20 minutes to get to the hotel, including some roads that were in quite poor condition.

The next day, we left the hotel at midday, and it took us over 35 minutes to get back to the airport.

The breakfast was rather poor. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the room was spacious, but overall, everything was very basic.

The biggest issue is definitely the location — I would not consider this hotel to be an airport hotel.

Pros:

Ho pernottato solo una notte. Camere enormi e nel complesso abbastanza pulite. Piscina adeguata e cosi come il centro fitness. Abbiamo pranzato in loco ed i prezzi sono superconvennienti.

Cons:

Situata in una zona fuori dal centro, rende obbligatorio l uso del taxi (comunque economico) per raggiungere il centro città. Comodo per chi come noi dovevamo attendere un giornobtravun volo e l altro.

Pros:

Prenotato due notti, che poi sono diventate 3, perché si spendeva meno rispetto ad hotel più vicini al centro di Yerevan. Ottima la disponibilità interna di parcheggio gratuito, ciascun ospite può parcheggiare la propria auto davanti alla finestra della sua camera, talmente è ampio. L’appartamento era di almeno 70 metri quadrati, con soggiorno, divani, armadi ampi; comodo il materasso, ottima l’aria condizionata e con un frigorifero molto grande e molto efficiente, soprattutto per la parte freezer. Nel bagno, bene illuminato, di normali dimensioni vi era la presenza di uno specchio ad ingrandimento. La notte non si sentono rumori, si riesce a dormire nel massimo silenzio. Accessori compresi nel costo del soggiorno: due sale con diverse attrezzature per la palestra, una piscina al coperto con orario fino alle 23, tre tavoli da biliardo dove si può giocare gratuitamente. Un particolare ringraziamento al ragazzo della reception di nome Aram, sempre presente, che in questi giorni di soggiorno ha fatto di tutto per venire incontro ad ogni mia richiesta con alta professionalità: frequento annualmente diversi hotel e raramente si trovano dipendenti così efficienti e di questo standard.

Cons:

I tre difetti principali di questo hotel: 1 - La lontananza dal centro di Yerevan (11 km. per arrivare in piazza della Repubblica); 2 - Le condizioni dell’unica strada che porta all’hotel, Tichina Street, piena di buche e avvallamenti che potrebbero danneggiare le auto basse; 3 - La lontananza dalle fermate di bus e metro. Colazione sufficiente ma si potrebbe migliorare la varietà di scelta tra i vassoi e aggiungere la parte dolce, praticamente mancante. La spremuta presente un giorno su tre. Nella struttura non ho visto ascensori; il servizio in camera di cambio asciugamani, pulizia camera, rifornimento carta igienica e sapone devi richiederlo al mattino altrimenti non viene fatto (dicono loro per motivi di privacy: per me, che frequento spesso hotel, la privacy è una scusa, si fa così per risparmiare sul personale in servizi altrove sempre previsti). La pulizia lascia a desiderare soprattutto in bagno in quanto abbiamo trovato il vetro doccia macchiato da docce fatte da altri in precedenza e il wc con un segno di sporco a forma di anello a contorno del buco (esistono dei prodotti speciali per pulire a fondo, perché non utilizzarli?). Nell’appartamento di oltre 70 mq avere solo tre prese elettriche e nessuna in bagno riduce le comodità del cliente. Le prese elettriche se avvicini la spina fanno una scintilla.

Структура большая, ухоженная территория. Персонал обходительный, внимательный. Решают все возникшие вопросы. Завтрак сытный. Есть возможность заказывать еду в номер. Помогают с трансфером. Рекомендую!

Единственный нюанс на завтраке из напитков :чай и морс.

Pros:

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле второй раз. Летели транзитом через Ереван. Провели сутки в отеле между рейсами. Отель с большой территорией, очень спокойный, есть большой спа центр с крытым бассейном, что очень удобно особенно при путешествии с детьми. Персонал очень отзывчивый и приветливый, помогают с любыми вопросами.

Cons:

Расположение для меня было плюсом, вдали от городской суеты, не далеко от аеропорта. Работает Яндекс такси, так что добраться куда угодно не проблема. Завтрак хороший, есть все, что нужно, единственное, я бы посоветовала поставить кофе машину, чтобы варить свежий кофе.

Большая территория, есть очень хороший крытый бассейн, персонал супер отзывчивый, очень вкусно готовят!

Cons:

Расположение немного удалено от города, чтобы пойти погулять или добраться до магазинов или кафе надо брать такси, но оно тут очень дешевое и работает яндекс го, так что добраться куда нужно вообще не проблема. Зато тихо и можно отжохнуть без шума.

Отличный отель.
Не в центре города конечно, и наверное это даже лучше, нет суеты, и проблем поставить машину.
У нас был семейный полулюкс (4 человека) за. 9 400руб. С завтраком.
Огромные комнаты , плюс свои гараж под каждым номером .
Круглосуточно работает ресторан , можно заказать еду в номер , по ценам недорого, так же как в кафе .
Завтраки вкусные.
Есть бассейн, тренажёрный зал, всё входит в стоимость.
