Ottimo hotel e meravigliosa base per esplorare la regione
Pros:

Abbiamo usato Balsthal come base di partenza per gite giornaliere nella regione. La posizione dell’hotel ci ha permesso di minimizzare i tempi e gli spostamenti in auto. L’hotel e l’annesso ristorante ci sono piaciuti molto, stanza bellina e silenziosa con un bagno gigante e letti comodissimi. Colazione a buffet molto abbondante e personale gentile. Niente di cui potersi lamentare!

Cons:

Il paesino è relativamente piccolo e, anche nella seconda metà di agosto, appare semi deserto dopo cena. Per noi non è stato un problema ma non aspettatevi alcuna fonte di intrattenimento.

Gutes Hotel, zentral gelegen und doch etwas abseits
Pros:

Wer in dieser Gegend übernachten muss, für den ist es die beste Wahl und wer gerne wandert für den ist es ein Geheimtipp.

Perfekt 👌
Pros:

Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Auch mit Hund kein Thema und immer sehr rücksichtsvoll und zuvorkommend. Wir übernachten sehr gerne in diesem Horel wenn wir in der Gegend sind.

Cons:

Zimmer im Haus „Riverside“ mit minimalem Komfort und der Mindestpreis von CHF 154.00/Nacht ist zu hoch.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr gutes Restaurant.

Cons:

Im ganzen Zimmer hatte es sehr viele Ameisen. Die SRF Sender am TV haben nicht funktioniert. Wir haben beim Checkout beides bemängelt. Das Personal hat sich nur für die Mitteilung bedankt. Wir hätten einen Rabatt erwartet, weil die Ameisen sehr störend waren.

Die Lage und die Voraussetzungen des Gebäudes.

Cons:

Keine Professionalität des Personals.
Als Hotelgäste muss man froh sein um 21.45h noch etwas zum trinken bekommt.
Um 22.10 Uhr wurde einfach das ganze Licht gelöscht, obwohl noch 4 Tische mit total 15 Gästen da waren.
Sehr unprofessionell!
