Pros:

Love this little hotel. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Love the light snacks, very comfy bed and location is perfect for the city.

Was bijou but well designed

Cons:

Room was a bit hot so had to put air conditioning on to sleep . This was a March stay so not hot outside .

Pros:

Room was basic but very useable and suited my needs - free muffins were a nice surprise, staff were very helpful and pleasant, bathroom facilities were great

Cons:

Can’t fault it - totally adequate and safe for solo traveller, excellent location so many easier walkable attractions and close to 3 Tube stations and buses right outside

Good value.
Pros:

I was met by a friendly helpful member of staff on my arrival. As were all the staff I saw.

The room although small, was very clean and well laid out. It was very surprisingly quiet considering the hotel's location. Very comfy bed.

The only downside was the room was far to warm for me, I am used to a draughty, cold farmhouse!

Disappointing
Cons:

Tiny double room which was really a single. Access from one side of bed only. No room to swing a cat or long hanging space, not even hooks on the back of the door. Tired.
