Wir haben uns aufgrund der sehr guten Bewertung bewusst für dieses Hotel entschieden, da wir nach einer Operation Ruhe und Erholung benötigten. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen in mehreren wesentlichen Punkten nicht erfüllt.
In einem als „Spa“ beworbenen Hotel lief täglich ab ca. 8.00Uhr morgens laute Popmusik auf allen Fluren durchgehend teilweise bis 23–0 Uhr Nachts. Ein Ausschlafen war nicht möglich. Nach Beschwerden wurde die Musik nur kurzfristig abgestellt.

Schimmelbefall im Zimmer im Bereich der Balkontür und das nicht wenig. Nach zwei Tagen wurde die Hälfte des Schimmels beseitigt.
Undichte Balkontür – bei Regen stand eine größere Wasserpfütze im Zimmer, unser Gepäck wurde dadurch in der ersten Nacht komplett durchnässt und unser Laptop fast zerstört. Antwort der Rezeption:" sie können ihr Gepäck hier in der Nähe Waschen und Trocknen gehen. Wir machen das nicht! "

Mehrfach nur lauwarmes Wasser.

Hygieneprobleme: Flecken auf Handtüchern und Bettwäsche, selbst nach Austausch. Mehrere lange Haare auf Bettwäsche.

Unser Zimmer wurde trotz klarer Anwesenheit ( LED Anzeige vor Zimmer ) und Zuruf geöffnet – ein sehr unangenehmer Vorfall.

Großer Schimmelfleck im Fitnessraum.

Das Frühstück war lieblos und geschmacklich einfach nur essbar. Nach dem dritten Frühstück haben wir die restlichen 7 Tage auf das Frühstück verzichtet obwohl es im Preis inbegriffen war.
Wir haben alle Punkte mehrfach freundlich angesprochen und dokumentiert. Leider wurden zugesagte Maßnahmen nicht nachhaltig umgesetzt.
Für einen günstigen Preis kann man kleinere Abstriche erwarten, jedoch nicht bei grundlegenden Themen wie Sauberkeit, Ruhe und Privatsphäre.
Wir können dieses Hotel daher nur eingeschränkt empfehlen – insbesondere nicht für Gäste, die Wert auf Erholung und Hygiene legen.

1.员工服务超级热情，都很善良。特别感谢Sinem！还有白天值班的Ahmet，以及一位晚上打扫卫生的爷爷，还有很多人我不知道他们的名字。2.酒店早餐品种很丰富 3.离公交站近 4.有桑拿房和土耳其浴可以体验 5.周边有超市，超市物价不错 6.小狗Nazli很热情很可爱，我们很想她，希望她一切都好，大家请和她玩🥺

1.走廊晚上也会放音乐，但是我个人习惯会戴着耳机睡觉，所以影响并不大。 2.离哈德良门挺远的，要坐公交车过去

Pros:

Very nice and pleasant hotel! Small and cozy. In spite of it there was excellent breakfast, every day different. Additionally there was 2 kind of soup in the evening for free for hotels guests.. It was a nice surprise 😁. There is big gym in the hotel and spa center, all for free for guests. Ahmet and Galip from reception are very professional, attentive and friendly person. I will stay in Peramis hotel again!

Pros:

Das gesamte Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sauber und modern eingerichtet, und das Essen wirklich ausgezeichnet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Aras, einen Mitarbeiter, der unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht hat.

Komfortabeler Sommerurlaub
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral und klein. Das Personal kümmert sich sehr. Zum Strand sind es ein paar Gehminuten und um die Ecke gibt es essensmöglichkeiten. Herr Aaras hat sich hier super um alles gekümmert.

Cons:

Der Strand ist am Wochenende etwas überfüllt.

Pros:

We were overall very satisfied with the service and the food. If you are a vegetarian, you will really enjoy the breakfast options. However, we would recommend adding a bit more meat to the menu for better variety.

The staff were very friendly — like Aras — and especially Guven, who truly made us feel that he cares about the guests’ well-being.

Schöner kurzer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht von abends bis morgens dort. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Am Abend gibt es Suppe umsonst. Sauber. Personal diskret und aufmerksam.

Had a good stay , made very pleasant by courtesy of the staff . Shout out to Aras .
Pros:

Staff are excellent . Reception staff in particular . Aras stood out , very friendly . I needed my room changing on arrival and he organised this no problem straightaway .
Property in good location for my needs , close to shops restaurants and bars . 10 minute walk to beach where free sun beds provided for hotel residents .
Comfy bed . Room was very clean .
Breakfast was ok , good choice .
Spa was really good . Staff in there lovely .
Pool small but sufficient was never too busy . Most people having treatments so back and forth to clinics , sun beds not taken all day .

Cons:

The room walls are very thin . You can hear your neighbours talking , coughing , using the toilet , everything . Even with earplugs still overheard.

The gym has no equipment cleaner or hand gel available so unable to wipe down before use or after. I was surprised at this for this hotel . People were walking around barefoot . Sweating all over Benches etc which then put me off using obviously . Needs addressing .

All in all a good hotel for the price.
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had access also to the neighboring hotel which was owned by the same company. Therefore, we had a choice of pool and used both. However the dining room and fitness center were better at the Permamis. The breakfast was wonderful – a mix of expected continental fare and Turkish food. And the hot dishes were always different.

Cons:

I did not know that our apartment was not actually in the hotel but two blocks away. Also the room was not described correctly in booking.com. It was described as two bedrooms. Given that I was there for a week with my three teenage boys, I chose this hotel for that reason. I wanted to have a living room space that was not taken over with fold out beds. But that is what we had. 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with two fold out sofas.

The free public section of Lara beach is small. Most of the beach is taken up by unoccupied overpriced private lounges. The sea itself is a sad reflection of the state of our world. Full of plastic debris that the tides bring in.

Initially booked apartment ...didn't like them so we moved to hotel way better ...room assigned on main floor next to elevator, way too noisy ...
