Muy tranquilo

L’hôtel propose des Bungalows qui sont très bien aménagés. Le coin piscine a un grand besoin de réfection et de lumière. Le bar extérieur mériterait d’être ouvert le soir pour offrir quelques boissons et snacks pour les clients de l’hôtel.

La atencion fue excelente en todo momento, mantienen comunicación y re dan buenos consejos. La comida muy rica

El trato del personal excelente , la habitación es grande y cómoda sin lujos. Tiene su propio estacionamiento. Me encanta que en el desayuno puedes estar viendo a los changuitos y estar dándoles de comer. Si regresaría a hospedarme en el mismo sitio

Maybe the only thing I didn't like is that I think it needs more staff, the TVs are also small because the room is big and the bathroom mirror is still small, it takes up bigger space. The air dripped all night. Maybe that.

Le falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones, se mencionaba que tenían servicio de comida y no estuvo disponible, el desayuno es bastante simple y con cantidades reducidas.

Great and very helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent. We didn’t like the bathroom which was open to bugs and animals as it was attached to the room with high walls but the heat and animals and bugs could get in.

My initial check in was a bit disappointing because the room I specifically booked through Expedia was not the room I got. When I booked this hotel you had to prepay in full plus no refund once you arrived. Now I know why! The wifi was weak at the location we stayed at but if we were at the pool we were able to join the main wifi which was better. We had four nights booked here and the end it was the staff that made our stay enjoyable. If we needed towels, they got them, if the wifi was crappy they tried resetting it. Yesterday one of the staff pointed out a sloth in the tree so I could take some photos and today we were entertained at breakfast with many monkeys.

The individual bungalows are quaint and charming. The breakfast poolside was excellent and the staff was very helpful. The shower wasn't great and the TV service was out during our stay but who needs TV in gorgeous Costa Rica

Bonito y seguro, no hay tantos restaurantes al rededor pero el desayuno bufet te es muy rico

El lugar es bonito, pero no tuvimos acceso al wifi, estuvo muy mal la conexión, para los que buscan animales en el mismo hotel se pueden observar o muy cerca

My husband and I loved it here. There are only 11 units, so it will never be crowded. The property is clean and attractive. The pool is very relaxing with lots of chairs. The breakfast was delicious with adequate variety. (Be sure to ask for a waffle!) We were also entertained by monkeys at breafast! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our only concern was that the floor in our room was very slippery. Best not to walk about in socks or slick-bottom shoes. Besides that, we have no complaints and would stay here again.

Left money behind and they took it never called us back
Insanitary eating they only washed dishes in cold water no soap etc .

Broken toilet, shower was least of problems with our suit. Noice from the street in our bedroom was so loud I couldn't get any sleep. I seriously thought about about going to my car to sleep because noice was so unbearable. The hotel staff was sympathetic but couldn't do anything about it. Our room was dark and dim unlike photos from the website.

Lamentablemente se reservo una habitación Deluxe y nos dieron una habitación sin muebles, solo una cama.
Al reclamar nos pasaron a otra habitación mucho mejor, pero de una categoría mas baja a la que se pago.
El hotel se.ve bonito, pero lamentable no nos aclararon el problema de la habitación.
