Internet connection was available but not working
The room size was ok. There was no tissue paper in the bathroom. The staff was courteous and tried to get one.

I had a terrible experience from the very beginning. After booking, they called and asked me to come to a completely different location, which turned out to be some apartment-type place. When I refused, they suddenly changed the story, said it was a “misunderstanding,” and told me to come to the actual location.
The room service was equally frustrating. I requested an electric kettle, and they initially denied providing one. Only after I argued, they brought a kettle — which didn’t even work.
The washroom didn’t have a single toiletry item. When I asked, they told me such basic amenities were chargeable, which is unbelievable for any decent accommodation.
And finally, the breakfast experience was the worst. Not only was the food disgusting, but their so-called “buffet system” didn’t even allow for a second serving. If you asked for more, you were denied.
Overall, it was an extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable stay, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
They wasted our time like 2 hrs we were waiting on road at night.
Kind staff , they were very friendly and interactive. Perhaps the only bonus point on this accommodation
The room wasn't upto standards as expected
The amenities were lacking and those available were nearly depleted.
The only thing that's an advantage is, it's very near to kolhapur railway station... You just take your bag and walk to the station to catch your train.
Treebo advertised about early check-in and late check-out facilities with nominal charges. But, actually, the hotel policy doesn't favour any such flexibilities.......
If you reach early or overstay for few hours (as per your railway ticket reservation timings) they will charge you for the whole extra day...
