Tijdens meerdere bezoeken heb ik gemerkt dat het personeel bij de bar/receptie en tijdens ontbijt en lunch weinig gastvrij overkomt. De benadering voelde geregeld kortaf en onvriendelijk. Voor een hotel van deze reputatie verwacht ik een consistent hogere standaard van klantgerichtheid

Het uitzicht was mooi

Cons:

Ik vroeg om te versieren. Die 5 ballonnen vond ik minder. En toen dacht ik oké bubbels en bonbon horen erbij prima. Maar in die doos bonbon waren celebration chocolates.
