Overall comfortable rooms. Not sure about the square pillows.
Cons:

The service in the dining room which was booked for the Thursday evening. Had ro wait at least an hour before main course. The fries came 10 minutes after that. The asparagus special was stringy. My cousin who had booked complained. We were offered complimentary coffee and the meal cost taken off. When we received the bill it was still included on the bill. I was going to complain but my cousin didn't want to make a fuss. She should have. I bought a coffee earlier in the week. I gave him 10euros he brought back 3 euros 75. I pointed out the mistake. I hope it was a genuine mistake.

Very comfortable and the staff were very accomodating

There was lots of choice for breakfast. The omelettes were especially great.

The laundry was slow, apparently the person didn't pick the laundry up but it was done just in time
