Pros:

Die Dachterrasse ist schön und bietet einen guten Ausblick. Das Bett war bequem. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte sehr viel Schimmel an den Wänden und bereits beim Betreten des Raums bemerkte man den stechenden Schimmelgeruch. Das Bad hatte Haare von vorherigen Bewohnern am Boden.

A fair place to stay in the middle of the city
Pros:

+ very good location
+ amazing terrace on the rooftop where I was watching Fuego volcano erupting every day and night
+ friendly staff

Cons:

- As I was staying in the dormitory, the room was dark with no windows
- every single morning at 7 AM some people were moving the chairs on the terrace and it was very noisy
- the lockers cannot be used, they’re actually not working

Pros:

The property itself is really nice and well designed.

Cons:

Some lockers were broken and unable to be locked, there were no electrical outlets near the beds, pillow was extremely thin and the bed sheet wasn’t fitted and came off in middle of the night. There also aren’t enough bathrooms and showers.

Haus mit Terrasse wäre schön, es wird aus unserer Sicht zu wenig daraus gemacht. Lage ist perfekt.

Cons:

Nur kalte Dusche. Dusche war sehr dreckig. Einrichtung im Zimmer lieblos. Kein Ort, wo man sich wohl fühlt.. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hat bei uns überhaupt nicht gestummen.

Speziell die Terrasse mit Blick auf Fuego, die Architektur, das zuvorkommende Personal und die zentrale Lage

Cons:

Nicht so viel Priphatsphäre, da es in den Dorms keine Vorhänge gibt.

Bonne localisation mais sinon à éviter (pour les chambres doubles)

- terrasse

Cons:

- chambre double deluxe avec odeur d’humidité ++
- plafond très sale dans la sdb et la chambre. Trace de moisi dans la salle de bain
- pas d’équipement : deux tabourets en guise de tables de chevet
- pas de prise à côté du lit
- câble qui sort du mur relié à rien…
- sdb sans rien pour poser ses affaires, douche à peine tiède ….
- très bruyant
Pour 60€ la nuit très décevant !

Really recommended, is a place to rest before ur hikking, is calm, a good rooftop, not party place, clean, good location.

Cons:

I only recommend that the cabins have curtains, but overall it's fine.
