Pros:

De locatie is top, het bed in onze privé kamer was heerlijk en de badkamer was schoon en mooi.

Cons:

We hadden gevraagd om onze was te doen, dat kostte 200 quetzal voor ons tweetjes (kleine waszakjes maar 100Q per zak) wat omgerekend $26 was! Super duur.

Daarnaast moesten we er lang op wachten en kwamen ze pas aan het eind van de dag nog met 2 paar sokken die blijkbaar nog verdwaald waren. Voor dat geld mag je verwachten dat je het op tijd en compleet terug krijgt.

Tip: was dus ergens anders je kleding.

Muy bien situado y limpio. La terraza tiene unas vistas muy lindas sobre los 3 volcanes y el personal es muy amable.

The rooftop, how nice the staff was, the location and how clean it was. Also liked that they kept our bags for us when we went to hike Acatenango.

Gut für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp
Pros:

Zentrale Lage und eine tolle Dachterasse. Gut für eine Nacht aber nicht unbedingt länger.

Cons:

Keine Privatsphäre, die Betten sind sehr simpel und wirklich nicht bequem. Die Toiletten sind leider eher dreckig.

Cómodo y con excelente ubicación
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, staff muy formal y servicial, cama cómoda y baño limpio. La terraza está muy bien, en una mañana despejada puedes ver los volcanes desde ahí. Recomendado!.

Emplacement parfait.
Le rooftop avec vue sur la ville et les volcans est génial.
Le personnel est sympa.
Bon rapport qualité / prix.
Auberge calme : pas un party hostel.

Cons:

Pas de cuisine.
Les lits superposés du dortoir ne sont pas très confortables.

excellent location, good for private space
Pros:

Stayed in a private room with private bathroom. It was clean, with hot water in the shower and great central location. The room was right by reception and windows were facing the hallway so might be an issue for light sleepers, but wasn’t a problem for me as it wasn’t noisy. I stayed for 1 night before acatenango so had a chance to get a good sleep and have private space to sort myself out. They also have a hair dryer in reception (just have to pay the deposit which is returned as soon as the hair dryer is returned). Staff are very polite and I was able to store my bags before check in.

Cons:

Moisture issue which seems to be common in Guatemala, but the bed sheets were slightly moist :( wasn’t an issue for 1 night but I would struggle if I stayed longer.

Pros:

Todo muy limpio. Hicieron limpieza diario

Cons:

Nos hospedamos una noche ahi y fuimos al tour del volcan y cuando nos volvimos a hospedar nos dieron una habitación diferente llena y la que habíamos dejado estaba vacía. Preguntamos y nos dijeron que no era posible.
