El estilo colonial y el patio con muchas plantas verdes. El desayuno no es muy variado pero estaba rico. Especial gratitud a Lorena por su dedicación y servicio .
El ventilador de la habitación es algo ruidoso. La ducha de baño tiene salida de agua con baja presión. Los artículos de aseo son muy reducidos. El personal de recepción aunque es muy atento y amable, no dispone de información relacionada con tours turísticos locales para los huéspedes. La ubicación es buena y de ambiente tranquilo, pero no está muy cerca del centro.
El jardín muy lindo y el lugar en general acogedor limpio el personal amable . Me gustó mucho
Aunque no veo televisión solo se podía ver desde una de las camas y el precio era mas elevado que otros lugares donde estuve en guatemala , con habitaciones mas amplias y mejores instalaciones.
Un muy bello lugar, el personal muy amable y atento, muy rico desayuno, buena ubicación, todo nos gustó, lo recomiendo ampliamente

The breakfast was very good. It was a full breakfast.
I didn't like the access to the property. Every time you enter or exit someone has to be contacted to approach the front gate and unlock the padlock. It was low season when I was there and two of the three nights I was the only guest.

The breakfast was very good too. The terrace view is exception and the courtyard is beautiful.
The bed was a bit tired and lumpy, it could use a new mattress, but the pillows were good and the sheets clean.

Mit gefiel der wunderschöne grüne Innenhof, in dem ich morgens gefrühstückt habe und in dem sich gut relaxen lässt. Das Hotel ist stets abgeschlossen (Sicherheitsaspekt!) Man klingelt, dann kommt sofort jemand und öffnet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zum Frühstück kann man zwischen traditionell (chapin) oder americano (mit Pancakes) wählen. Warmwasser zum Duschen stand immer zur Verfügung. Vor jeden Zimmer stehen ein Tisch und zwei Stühle. Bis zum Parque Central sind es 10-15 Minuten Fussweg. Ich war 6 Nächte im Hotel und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Really lovely and helpful staff, and a great breakfast. Also a great location, near the town but out of the loudest bits.
Our bathroom had a leaking issue but staff helped manage it.
