The Social Hub Toulouse

Hotel impersonnel, mauvais ressenti de notre part.
De plus notre chambre donne sur la rue donc trés bruyant. Ne mérite absolument pas 4 étoiles !!!!, pour moi tout juste 3étoiles

Sadly we had a very bad located room at the ground level, the patio/inner courtyard of the hotel was directly in front of our window.

We stayed from friday till tuesday.
It seems to be the case, that at the bar/restaurant there are organised parties every weekend (friday/saturday) (open to the hotel guests and students living in the building?). The party on friday lasted until 11 pm, the one on saturday until 12 am. We basically were not able to get any rest. First of all the music was just too loud and the noise from the party folk on the patio directly in front of our window were not helpful either. We were not able to get another room and got offered only one free breakfast (which we declined as we had other plans) and a hand written excuse card with 2 cocktail vouchers and some chocolate.

During weekdays there was no event in the evening and we were able to get some rest after all.
These parties/evening events were not communicated in any way to us before our actual stay, otherwise we wouldnt have booked the room in the first place.

Otherwise everything was very nice. But those two nights without proper rest and sleep dont leave a good image in the end.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Social Hub! Incredibly entertaining with many options to enjoy your stay at the hotel. The rooftop is breathtaking with gorgeous views of the city.
I would definitely return!! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Public areas were very nice. Room was spacious & bed comfortable but was a bit basic

Amazing air conditioning which was much needed given the heatwave. Just a one night stop ahead of a morning flight but room was quiet, rooftop bar was a nice place for an evening drink. Kids loved the table tennis.

The Social Hub Toulouse was a very clean and nice facility. However, as “seasoned” travelers, I can say that we felt “ageism” or “anti-Americanism” at play with the staff. Upon arrival, we were told that the bar was closed at the pool due to the holiday…false. We were also told there were no restaurants open near the hotel. Again false, as there was a pub in the hotels back yard open. When we came back to the hotel and let them know, the staff gave a dismissive response. The staff needs some education on how to treat all of its paying customers, not just the young ones, with respect,

Super ontbijt! Heel vriendelijk personeel. Helaas te warm bij het zwembad en ook druk. Kamer basic maar in orde. Er was de eerste nacht veel lawai van machines en koelwagen, denk dat raam niet goed afsloot ook, gelukkig volgende nacht stiller.

Foi muito boa a hospedagem. Hotel ótimo, onde na recepção também falavam outras línguas, o que ajuda muito. Muito bem atendido e com uma lavanderia à disposição, bom café da manhã. Uma estadia perfeita!

Emplacement idéal , parking facile d'accès, gestion rapide et professionnelle.

Dommage un peut loin du centre ville a pied et manque vraiment d'eclairage dans la chambre apres tout le reste vraiment tres bien confort, prix, petit déjeuner.

Alojamiento sencillo con lo indispensable.
Habitación justa para dos personas con lavamanos en el exterior del baño.
Hay que coger autobus para ir al centro.
