Perfekt für kurze Urlaube
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und die Betten sehr bequem, es gibt ausreichend Kissen. Das Duschgel und das Shampoo ist große Klasse! Die Klimaanlage hat mich gerettet bei den 40°C draußen!

Klimatyzowane pokoje, pomimo upałów, można było ustawić dowolną temperaturę, dzięki czemu nawet na ostatnim piętrze było bardzo komfortowo. Mega wygodne łóżka, pokoje bardzo czyste. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, zaskoczyło nas, że jak się nie ma czasu, to można wziąć np kawę na drogę. To super udogodnienie. Personel bardzo miły. To fantastyczne miejsce nawet na dłuższy pobyt.

Hôtel très facile d’accès à partir de l’autoroute. Excellent point de départ pour visiter Cologne. L’accueil, la propreté, le confort et le petit déjeuner, tout était parfait.

Informationen zu den Zusatzkosten für vorzeitiges Anreisen hätte ich gerne am Tag vorher erhalten, als ich telefonisch einen Tag vorher angefragt habe wann ab wann ein Check in möglich ist.....

Die Zimmer sind toll, der Service ist überragend. Das Frühstück ist okay.

Cons:

Wir mussten beim Check-in etwas warten, weil wohl der PC ausgefallen war, und man hat uns für die Wartezeit ein Getränk angeboten, welches wir dann im Nachhinein bezahlen mussten. Das fand ich nicht so toll, aber gut. Das Frühstück könnte m.E. noch etwas nachhaltiger sein und mir persönlich hat der Speck zu dem Rührei gefehlt. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Ansonsten top!

Cons:

TV hat im Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Nachdem ich das an der Rezeption gemeldet habe,wurde mir versichert ,dass sich jemand darum kümmern würde. Darauf warte ich heute noch..
