Booked room online, arrived and was told I booked a new room, however when I got to room, there were dirty foot prints in the shower, toilet rocked, room smelled bad, no working ceiling lights just exposed wire ,tv outdated, and ROACHES. Front desk staff were friendly though.

The staff is rude there’s a guy by Jeff that works there he is bad business to deal with and should be fired for trying to steal money from us but there’s one young lady who was awesome and very helpful the rest 👎👎

Appears to be remodeling. The stairs to room were dangerous. Felt somewhat unsafe. The room somewhat remodeled. Ok cleanliness. Fire alarm chirped all 3 days. Breakfast very cheap. Price was excellent.

Room was not clean and signs of insect infestation

The experience was horrible at the reception, they were rude because I made a reservation online. The room had a strong musty smell, the lamps didn't even have a light bulb and the conditions in general were very bad. My room key didn't work and they had to open it with the handyman every time I wanted to enter and in general poor service, a place for junkies. Nothing else nothing Moore

the room was clean but there was missing exit signs and the exit doors didn't look safe and the outside of the building was raged.

Who was full of cockroaches my wife killed three the toilet was clogged. A plunger was left there and I unclogged it myself. Disgusting there were no towels.

They are doing. Lot of construction, so it’s a bit torn up. The redone room was very nice. Expedia has this listed as a pet friendly facility when they actually do not allow pets. They tried to charge us extra and when we asked for a refund, they decided to let us stay with our dog. The listing on Expedia needs to be changed.

This hotel should not be up and running nor should they allow anyone to be staying in any of the rooms the fact that half of it is abandoned and not even running for people to stay in is what amazes me the most. But the most disgusting thing about this place was the amount of roaches that we had to deal with while we were here for a week for my job they sprayed twice, and there was still tons of roaches, crawling in the bathroom and the kitchen everywhere. Our first day coming in was very unpleasant. We came in that morning to get a room with me being a my Choice member. I expected to check in early but instead was told that they did not have a room ready and was told to come back and they would call us and let us know when they had a room for us. So we left and come back later that day around six and 7 PM. We were giving keys that didn’t work to a room specifically room 244. Jeff, the front desk manager told us he would be there to take care of the problem an hour goes by. I called the front desk 2 to 3 times and proceeded to be hung up on numerous times. And was told Will the maintenance would be coming to our room to fix the situation. After about two hours, go by, Will finally shows up as me and my fiancé are sitting in the hallway, sweating our tails off and has to use a manual key to open the door. After we get in and get settled, we needed to run to the store to get some drinks for the week. We were told to prop our door open since our keys didn’t work.

It had roaches. Then we got another room that key did not work. We had to wait in the lobby til the guy come and let us in with his master key.

Bathroom need to be updated mainly bathtub which is loose in room 234 also there is no listing of cable to watch and furniture is outdated with missing coverage.

It is sketchy as hell and half under construction. I feel like I’m going to get murdered here.
