Locatie en vriendelijke meneer bij late check-in.

Bed kraakte enorm. Was blijkbaar gewoon kapot. En helaas wat vlekjes op bed en handdoeken.

El personal es muy amable, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas y aunque es un poco viejo se ve muy limpio.

Cons:

Worst possible bed I have ever encountered, we have taken this hotel for the last 2 days near the airport to sleep well, and the large bed has such a terrible sound every time we move, an extremely uncomfortable bed. Also, this Hotel can't be more than 2 Star hotel but it has been falsely advertised as a 4-star. also the bathroom has an enormous amount of mold and other issues, the cable is very close to the bathroom sink, no water or housekeeping came to clean the room either.

Pros:

Персонал в отеле хороший. Старались помочь и подсказать.

Cons:

Состояние отеля. Сломанный чайник, крышка отломлена, ручка замотала изолентой. Видимо его уронили. Но можно же заменить! Фен еле нашла. Вместе с крепежом был в ванной тумбочке. Было неудобно сушить волосы всей этой болтающейся конструкцией.
Управляющий. Я прилетела поздно и искать обменный пункт у меня не было ни времени, ни сил. Договорились, что я произведу оплату долларами. Не меняйте там деньги! Управляющий вам так мило улыбается, скидку на всё делает, а по факту курс ещё хуже чем в аэропорту! Если бы знала, что так получится, поменяла бы лучше по "невыгодному" курсу в аэропорту. Просто знайте, что не все, кто вам улыбается, желают вам добра.
Я считаю, что за такие деньги состояние отеля должно быть лучше.
Вы меня извините, но я за такие же деньги жила в ОАЭ куда в лучших условиях!
