Hôtel de charme sur le lac majeur
Pros:

Superbe hôtel au bord du lac majeur et très tranquille car pas de voiture !
Les chambres sont différentes : du luxe à la chambre classique !
Mais l’hôtel est immense avec plusieurs bâtiments et très bien décoré !
Superbe halte car très reposant et on a profité des vélos offert !

Cons:

Pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre !
Pas de jus de fruit frais au petit déjeuner : or le standing de l’hôtel pourrait en proposer !

Tolle Lage, super Qualität des gesamten Hauses, sehr gute Betten, sehr guter und freundlicher Service. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen...

Cons:

Das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich. Mehr Variation würde dem gut tun. Das Brotangebot ist ausbaufähig....

A Cozy Home Despite the Rain
Pros:

The hotel is an extremely well run property with rooms and a little balcony overlooking the Lago Maggiore. The street in front is a dead end street so the area is very quiet with the exception of a ferry landing right in front of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The rooms were very bright and friendly and slick span clean. The breakfast was very good with a lot of fresh choices. The in-house restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

Nothing except the weather: unfortunately it rained two days straight, but the hotel provided a cozy home

Wir waren das 3. Mal in diesem Hotel und wieder sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt am See, sehr gutes, umfangreiches Frühstück, komfortables, geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit zusätzlichem Wohnzimmer und direktem Zugang zur Terrasse.

Cons:

In einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwartet man einen Vergrößerungsspiegel und Kosmetiktücher im Bad – gab es aber leider nicht. Im Oktober war es trotz angenehmer Temperaturen am Tag, morgens und abends im Bad und in den Zimmern sehr kalt. Die Heizung wurde aber erst auf Anforderung angestellt, war nicht individuell einstellbar.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am See, an der Promenade ohne Autoverkehr. Es ist ruhig und das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielseitig. Bei schönem Wetter ist flexibel der Swimmingpool länger geöffnet als normal. Ein Hotel vom Feinsten!

We enjoyed everything
Pros:

We had booked one of the suites. We didn’t regret it. Beautiful room and bathroom. Loved the balcony and thank you for being fleksible and liberal. Both smokers and non smokers are being showered great hospitality. We had all we needed for our stay. We also enjoyed both the swimmingpool and the breakfast. We are very satisfied. The staff was friendly and helpful, the surroundings are breath taking.

Cons:

We loved it all. Some may think it is a little noisy from the street as people are enjoying their evenings, but we didn’t mind at all. If a guest is very sensitive towards noice in the evening maybe they should ask for one of the many rooms that don’t turn towards the lake.
