Hotel was comfortable and I liked its location
Pros:

Breakfast had several options to choose from. Comfortable room

Cons:

Didn't use wifi service since it wanted email address, etc. I didn't sign on. I didn't want marketing materials sent to my in-box

Double charged.
Cons:

I was checked in under the wrong name. I booked and paid for the room via booking.com. However they checked me in under someone else with the same last name. Which made me reservation show up as a no show and I lost my money and then charged for the wrong reservation. I would like my money back. And this corrected.
