Double charged.
Cons:

I was checked in under the wrong name. I booked and paid for the room via booking.com. However they checked me in under someone else with the same last name. Which made me reservation show up as a no show and I lost my money and then charged for the wrong reservation. I would like my money back. And this corrected.

Cons:

We were deceived, thinking that parking was included. The front desk told us parking was included to find out at the end it was an additional $60. The staff never communicated that to us.

Really nice rooms in a convenient location
Pros:

Great location - was in Oakland for a concert and easily walkable to the Fox Theater. Our room was very large, roomy, and comfortable, with a great bed and kitchenette area. I liked that the TV could swivel between the seating area and the bed.

Cons:

They didn't seem to have many people working, so wait times were kind of long for checking in and getting food. That being said, all the staff members were very nice.
