A beautiful place with a great location, modern design, and a cozy atmosphere. We absolutely loved the massage, and the breakfast was delicious! The staff were incredibly helpful and gave us great tips to make our stay even more perfect.
Everything was wonderful, and we felt very welcome. Highly recommended! We definitely come back!

Loved it, friendly, clean, amazing food and helpful staff.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere that the location and staff create. My travels were subject to multiple changes right up to the day of travel and the team continually communicated with patience and efficiency. The front desk staff, Fabrice, Natasha and Isimbi, as well as their teams, were well organised and dedicated to making my stay as relaxing and joyful as I wanted while joining a conference, and then spending a few extra days exploring the city. The layout of the property was calming and open, with various options to enjoy a slow breakfast or meal, or sit and take in the greenery and atmosphere of The Nest. The restaurant staff were also so lovely (thanks to Melissa for the dedicated service, and to Angie for sharing her tasty food and warm personality!), as were the support staff at the bar, and amenities (George behind the wheel and Eugenia at the massage table). The front desk had great guidance for a first-timer in Kigali and they referred me to the Gedeon who ran an incredibly memorable tour across the city! I was also able to enjoy a wonderful yoga session at Live Well Rwanda, a short walk away, as the sun set over the city.

It was set amongst lovely gardens. The room was fine. I think it would have been good to have somewhere to put your case, a fold up luggage rack, to enable you to access your clothes more easily. I also think a cloth of contrasting fabric across the end of the bed would protect the beautiful white linen.

The Nest has easily the best and most kind and helpful staff I have encountered in all of Africa! They're not just friendly, but they're really really good at assisting the guest with all their needs and request promptly and competently, sometimes even anticipating your needs. I just felt very well taken care of! Thank you.

The environment is neat

the breakfast was nice. the massage was nice as well. i was pleasantly surprised to find out that the masseuse was a visually impaired lady which showed that the hotel is inclusive with the staff. she was very good with her job too! the food was nice - both mine and my sister's.

Excellent service, nice and spacious rooms, breakfast with both buffet and a menu to choose freshly made warm breakfast - the avocado and egg toast was delicious. Restaurant with dinner options also great. Quiet area . The staff are super - they even organised so that we could have a shower in the evening after check out and prior to our flight. Also great communication before arrival and they organised pick up and drop off at airport.
