Pros:

The Nest has easily the best and most kind and helpful staff I have encountered in all of Africa! They're not just friendly, but they're really really good at assisting the guest with all their needs and request promptly and competently, sometimes even anticipating your needs. I just felt very well taken care of! Thank you.

The staff were amazing, the place is clean. I love that's its intimate, quiet and cosy

I did not know that the pool was not within the premises but like a 1min walk to the neighboring partner hotel.

Pros:

the breakfast was nice. the massage was nice as well. i was pleasantly surprised to find out that the masseuse was a visually impaired lady which showed that the hotel is inclusive with the staff. she was very good with her job too! the food was nice - both mine and my sister's.

Cons:

i forgot my face wash during check out in the morning. came back in the evening to report and it was nowhere to be found. was really disappointed at it.

Excellent service, spacious rooms and good food - value for money
Pros:

Excellent service, nice and spacious rooms, breakfast with both buffet and a menu to choose freshly made warm breakfast - the avocado and egg toast was delicious. Restaurant with dinner options also great. Quiet area . The staff are super - they even organised so that we could have a shower in the evening after check out and prior to our flight. Also great communication before arrival and they organised pick up and drop off at airport.

Pros:

I will diffinately recommend someone to stay at the Nest even when on a working visit. Very conducive online working environment.

Cons:

The airport transfer communication on the pick up driver will need better arrangement to avoid customers desperation and uncertainty at the airport .. Especially when it is their first time.

Cons:

Stedet har ikke pengeskab. Jeg har desværre oplevet at penge blev taget fra min taske på værelset. Dette har jeg rapporteret til ledelsen og politiet. Ledelsen var forståelig og jeg fik min penge tilbage. I fremtiden måske et pengeskab kunne være en god ide.

Pros:

Comfortable, peaceful and nicely designed rooms; fantastic complimentary massage; easy late check-in experience after a late night flight.

Beautiful design with extensive use of plants and plenty of places to sit in the common areas, despite the limited space.

Cons:

Steep climb from reception up to the road, but I think that was unavoidable. Also no pool on site and the one in Grazia Hotel that was listed as open to Nest clients was actually closed during my stay. Access to a pool was one of my reasons for booking, so it was disappointing not to get that.
