Better than I was expecting and well worth the stop.
Pros:

Excellent 'downtown' location within walking distance of plenty of restaurants - most of which were good. The room was big with plenty of everything you need. We will use Home2 Suites again.

Cons:

I guess the disposable plates for breakfast and the limited choice. That said, it was plenty enough food.

Pros:

Walls are thin and noisy location with construction next door. Staff were unwilling to accommodate top floor though requested and rooms weren't ready at 4:20 when we checked in. Placed on middle floor.

It was expensive but then so are a lot of things in Lake Havasu.
Pros:

The location was perfect for the car show we were attending.

The parking lot was torn up and that made it difficult to find a park sometimes.
