Good experience
Pros:

Lokasi strategis, mudah mendapatkan ojol.
Pegawainya responsif.
Proses check in dan out cepat.

Cons:

Pilihan breakfast-nya tidak banyak.
Lift yang kiri dari arah datang ketika di lobby, button angka 5-nya udah kurang responsif.
Jauh juga ternyata jalan ke kamar, dari posisi turun lift, belok2.
Ga ada cermin meja ya, adanya di kamar mandi dan di pintu lemari yang ketika kamar mandi ditutup, pencahayaan ke cerminnya jadi sangat kurang.

Für 2 Personen mit Koffer zu wenig Ablagefläche.
Das Frühstück entspricht eindeutig asiatischen Gewohnheiten (warme Gerichte, Suppen, Reisporridge). Grundsätzlich völlig okay, aber für europäische Mägen wäre eine kleine Auswahl an Brot und v.a. guter Kaffee toll.

Great hotel in Simpang Lima
Pros:

Location was great, we can see the view of Simpang Lima from our room
Room was clean, bed was great, there is also sofa bed for Deluxe room
Breakfast was also great

Cons:

There is no pool or playground for children.
I think better if the Hotel create some child activities in the lobby or resto during peak season
