Fine stay at Mayotte Airport, but with Limitations
Pros:

The room was clean, modernized and most things functioned well. It was small, but very well designed and perfect for a short stay. I had booked a "standard" room so was not overly put off by the ground floor room facing a construction site toward the airport terminal. At least it was quiet. Only five minute roll from the airport.

Cons:

Rates are high for what it is, but Mayotte has very limited alternatives. The Wifi in my room was shockingly poor. Breakfast was mediocre at best, and the whole restaurant experience was a big fail. Not sure why this cannot be improved and made into a money-spinner for the Hotel. The lack of alcohol is baffling at best, given that bars are prolific all over the French department, despite its underlying Islamic culture. The French tourists enjoying a final holiday night here also seemed baffled by the dry status.

Pros:

l'emplacement, la piscine chaude, la proximité du restaurant, le calme, le nouvel agencement extérieur

Cons:

d'écrire les mêmes remarques depuis des années et rien ne change : connexion wifi médiocre, réception tv déplorable sur la moitié des chaines, ne pas pouvoir mettre la note de restaurant sur la chambre et attendre 1h15 pour une pizza, certes bonnes, mais c'est beaucoup trop long. j'allais oublier, 3 nuit et un seul passage de la dame de ménage !

Pas d'électricité et d'eau a l'arrivée seulement dans l'hôtel et pas dans le quartier pendant 2 heures. Chambre bon attribuable et pas complètement prête à 18h.. Manque de personnel pour faire les chambres a temps.
Pas de Wifi dans la chambre! . La climatisation ne marchait pas dans la chambre!.
Très mauvaise nuit !
Je demande une indemnisation car j'ai payé beaucoup trop cher pour mal dormir au chaud !

Il ne sert à rien de s'enregistrer en ligne m'a dit le personnel car l'heure n'est pas respectée : presque 1h30 d'attente
Panne électrique d'une heure sans groupe de substitution

Restaurant sans alcool, menu très limité (seules les pizzas valent le coup)
Pas de café, thé ni bouilloire en chambre. L'eau potable doit être prise à chaque fois à l'accueil.
Personnel peu réactif : il faut être très résilient et patient. Le client n'est pas roi du tout !
