Las almohadas
Es muy oscuro, la cama de matrimonio eran dos camitas juntas por lo que te caías por enmedio, y las máquinas expendedoras te cobraban 20€ siempre que cogías algo (en teoría después devolvías el dinero).
El bar casi siempre estaba cerrado.

Decepción absoluta. Elegimos este hotel exclusivamente porque nos prometieron servicio de transfer para el aeropuerto, confirmándolo tanto al hacer la reserva como en el check-in de madrugada.
Sin embargo, a la mañana siguiente, una recepcionista con una actitud sumamente desagradable nos dijo que el servicio terminaba a las 10:30 y se negaron a cumplir lo pactado, obligándonos a buscar un taxi por nuestra cuenta. Muy mala atención y falta total de profesionalidad. No lo recomendamos.
La cama y almohadas
La habitación no contaba comando de AC para prenderlo o apagarlo. Nada cerca como para comer algo, sólo au restaurante, no ofrecían ni agua, ni frio bar.
The check-in experience on arrival was not particularly welcoming. The room itself was clean and okay for a one-night stay, but quite basic.
What surprised us most was the location. For an airport hotel, it is actually quite far from the airport — we needed an Uber and around 15 minutes to get there.
We also had dinner at the hotel. It was okay, but nothing special. Overall, fine for one night before or after a flight, but don't expect too much.
What we liked least was the service. At check-in, we had to wait quite a long time while staff were talking in the back, and we simply didn't feel very welcomed or important as guests.
After a long day of travelling, we went to the restaurant. The food came quickly and was fine, but again the service felt very neutral, with very little friendliness or personal attention.
Overall, the biggest disappointment was definitely the lack of warmth and hospitality from the staff. For an airport hotel welcoming tired travellers, a little more friendliness would make a big difference.
