Its a 3 stars hotel not a 5 star.
Pros:

I like the location and staff of the restaurant except the manager ( he is not professionnel at all) thanks to Mr fatik . He was amazing and professionnel.

Cons:

They don't clean the room properly. Also the dinner was awfull same repetitive and very limed like max 4 main courses and the rest all.salad. breakfast was ok. I am afraid i won't recommend this hotel. For ita like a 3 stars. No more.

حاجزه ل 4 كبار وطفلين مابين عمر 4 الي 6 طلبت من الموظفه سرير منفصل لهم لكن لم يتوفر سواء سرير اطفال صغير جداً عليهم طلبت منها اضافة سرير لعمره لم يتوفر اما ادفع مبلغ اضافي الحجز ل 6 اشخاص لماذا لم يتوفر توفر سرير لهم مقابل المبلغ الذي تم دفعه

EXCELLENT WOULD COME BACK AGAIN
Pros:

Excellent hotel, good facilities. Nice size pool with separate kids pool and play area. Breakfast was amazing with a good selection. Staff were really helpful and couldn’t do enough

The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with most of the essentials needed for a stay. T
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and feel more like a residence, which is very comfortable for families. The bathrooms were clean, and parking was available in the basement. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food.

Cons:

The swimming pool needs some maintenance, and the area around it looks a bit old and could use some renovation. Since there are children using the pool, I think the area needs better lighting for safety and comfort. The children’s play area also needs some improvement and maintenance.

I also noticed that there didn’t seem to be a kids’ club available during specific hours. Since this is a family-friendly hotel, having a dedicated kids’ club with set operating hours would be a great addition.

Cons:

1. خدمه السيارات بطيئه جدا يصل الانتظار قسم فاليه في الشقق الفندقيه الى 35 دقيقه
2. ستائر النوافذ في الغرف لا تحجب الشمس في الصباح يدخل ضوء بشكل مزعج جدا
