Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The apartment is quite old and in need of renovation. Upon arrival, the entire apartment had a strong cigarette smoke smell, which was very unpleasant, especially as I was traveling with my two children. The smell remained throughout our stay and made us uncomfortable.

In addition, the apartment was not properly cleaned before check-in. The overall cleanliness was below expectations and did not reflect the standards we expect when booking accommodation.

Most importantly, the apartment did not provide good value for the money we paid. Considering the condition of the property, the cleanliness issues, and the strong smoking odor, the price charged was not justified.

I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

A comfortable, quiet, and exceptionally well-equipped stay with outstanding value for money.
Pros:

The property was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The large windows allowed plenty of natural light, which made the space feel bright and welcoming. The value for money was excellent, and the breakfast was reasonably priced. The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed, including kitchen appliances and utensils such as a refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, cookware, pots, cutlery, knives, spoons, and all the essential kitchen items. It truly felt like a complete home rather than just a hotel stay.

The bedrooms featured spacious wardrobes with plenty of storage space for both hanging and folded clothes, along with more than enough hangers for longer stays. The bathrooms were stocked with thoughtful amenities like a nail kit, vanity kit, sanitary bag, shower cap, and slippers for every room.

The furniture felt modern and relatively new. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. There was no noticeable noise from other guests or from the street. The elevators were fast and plentiful, including those near the parking area. Housekeeping staff and reception staff were professional, polite, and respectful throughout my stay.

Cons:

Nothing significant. My stay was comfortable and enjoyable overall.

The first apartment we were assigned on the 3rd floor had a very strong and unpleasant fish-like smell. After requesting a change, we were moved to a 7th-floor apartment, which was significantly better.

However, the corridor on that floor had a persistent cooking odor, and the basement parking area also smelled of cooking at all times.

Overall, the apartment itself was comfortable after the room change, but the odors in the common areas were noticeable.

Une séjour agréable une expérience exceptionnelle

Nous avons eu une expérience absolument parfaite dans cet hôtel, et nous ne pourrions être plus satisfaits de notre séjour. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis dans un cadre exceptionnel où chaque détail a été soigné avec le plus grand soin.

La restauration était tout simplement remarquable : le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner ont chacun dépassé nos attentes. Les produits utilisés sont d'une qualité irréprochable, et les cuisiniers font preuve d'un talent et d'une passion évidents dans chacune de leurs préparations. Chaque repas était un véritable moment de plaisir.

Nous tenons à adresser un remerciement tout particulier à Ghita et Sultane, qui ont été exceptionnels tout au long de notre séjour. Leur professionnalisme, leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance ont fait toute la différence. Ils sont le reflet parfait de l'excellence de cet établissement.
