5* Luxury Boutique Hotel
Pros:

The rooms are super stylish, luxurious, clean and comfortable. They provide the little things such as tea towels, washing up liquid, scourers.
The bathroom they provide toothbrushes, razors, shower caps, nail file, shoe shine, as well as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. It’s all in the details here.
Location is great. And the restaurant provides amazing food and drinks in a beautiful setting.

Cons:

Only thing missing was a microwave. Other than that it was the perfect stay.

Very very comfortable and very secure.
Pros:

The rooms were excellent and very comfortable and spotless. Shower room and the towels were of 5 star and the room service was second to none. 5 STAR

Cons:

The pool area was very tight and small but in saying that it was not busy so beds were easy to get.

A wonderful stay marked by excellent service and great attention to detail.
Pros:

A very beautiful place, thoughtfully decorated and ideally located (right next to Puerto Marina and the beach).

The restaurant was excellent, offering refined and varied dishes.

What I appreciated the most, however, was the service: the ease of communication when using the hotel’s different services (room service, laundry service, etc.), and the on-site team—professional, welcoming, and extremely attentive.

Unfortunately, my son became ill toward the end of our stay, and the entire team was incredibly supportive in guiding us and helping us navigate emergency care (as we do not speak Spanish well). They also temporarily held our room while we waited to see how my son’s condition evolved. In the end, we had to extend our stay, which was a tremendous help for us.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.
