Pros:

We were headed to watch the handball in Lille and needed two rooms at a reasonable price.

The Hotel du Centre provided this.. although it could do with a little TLC the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Hotel fine, parking not secure
Pros:

Hotel pleasant enough. Parking is only free on Sunday and not secure (public square opposite the hotel) - car window smashed through vandalism.

Pros:

Location is great, in the centre of Roubaix. Hotel is clean and light and airy. It’s a 3 star at best, but for the money good value. My main issue is that the property description clearly says Parking is included for free (which to me hints that they have their own parking). When I asked where the parking was the receptionist said no parking is free or included and I have to park in the public parking across the road which is chargeable. So I had an extra expense to pay. I expected to be parking in the hotel’s own car park- on top of this my dashcam picked up 2 people trying to break into the car overnight. The property needs to remove the reference to parking being included.

Odeur sécurité et puces de lit
Pros:

Dans cet hôtel vous ne serez jamais seul, des puces de lit vous accompagneront et vous feront oublier les remontées d'odeur d'égout.
Vous pouvez même réserver une chambre luxe avec balcon avec la possibilité de passer d'un étage à l'autre sans passer par l'escalier si ce dernier cède sous votre poids.

Séjour de 10 jours chambre lumineuse calme avec douche et lavabo . serviettes fournies. femme de chambre. On peut demander les petits déjeuner en supplément à 7,90€ café, thé ou chocolat en chambre ou dans la salle.

Notre séjour a été gaché. L’hotel contient des punaises. Nous n’avons pas dormis. Les enfant ont été piqués plusieurs fois. Nous étions obligés de sortir très tôt
