La ubicación a orilla de la laguna de bacalar es excelente, el área de descanso muy bien amplio ubicación cómodo

Cons:

El camino de terraceria de 2 km necesita mantenimiento, no acostumbro el agua tratada para ducha, y el olor a cigarro que tenia la habitación al principio no me acostumbruaba

Pros:

L’emplacement absolument superbe face à la lagune, un resto excellent (varié et pas cher ), petit dej différent les 3 jours . prêt de kayak et paddle très appréciable.

Magnifique hôtel en bord de lagune. Chalet très propre et spacieux avec Clim

Magnifique hôtel au bord de la lagune. Les espaces extérieurs sont très bien aménagés.
Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le chalet qui est très spacieux et propre.
Les repas sont egalement très bons
Le cours de yoga et de medidation au lever du soleil était un plus.
Réfrigérateur mis à la disposition des clients gratuitement

El lugar es muy bonito y paradisiaco LA LAGUNA ME ENCANTO y tiene muchas zonas reconfortantes. El precio es razonable
Los servicios de comedor, kayak, botes y los lugares para comer me agradaron pero con oportunidades de mejora.
Recomiendo que cualquier que desee alquilar se comunique al lugar para saber que es lo que estarían pagando para que te manden el catalogo de las habitaciones y sepas exactamente en donde vas a dormir.

Cons:

Pésimas las habitaciones de camping ya que no hay un catalogo o imagen visual que te diga cual es cual y pague por algo que no me agrado, no estuve a gusto, no descanse bien y tuve la intención de que me hicieran un cambio pero me dijeron que no era posible aunque pagara la diferencia (porque hay otras habitaciones con mejor calidad). El lugar muy bien pero me gustaría que mejoraran en imágenes del lugar vs precio.
Posiblemente cambiar la construcción de las habitaciones de camping o los materiales ya que las mallas estaban muy sucias y las lonas de igual manera muy polvosas.
LAS HABITACIONES DE CAMPING NO ES ALGO QUE RECOMIENDO
Tienen zonas que pueden tener mejoras y no tener materiales arrumbados o sin uso como el bote.
Podrían mejorar en la atención siendo mas serviciales y mejorar su trato a las personas tanto nacionales como extranjeras.

Un lugar linidismo cerca de Bacalar. Recomendado!
Pros:

Desayuno super rico, el lugar una belleza, nuestro cuarto fue algo rustico pero limpio y las camas comodas. El personal y la playa y el restaurante espectacular.

Cons:

pocas comodidades en el cuarto para un precio bastante alto.
