Ótima, bem localizada e silenciosa acomodação!
Pros:

Estive hospedada com família e amigos durante 1 semana neste hotel e fomos surpreendidos com quartos grandes e bem equipados. O espaço, a cama, o banheiro, tudo ótimo! A região é ótima pois está atrás da 5ª avenida, sem problemas de barulhos. (só o dos pombos que ficam na região). Fica em uma região boa de comércio mas bem menos movimentada. Tem um ótimo Supermercado há 2 quadras. (Súper Chedraul).

Cons:

A piscina é pequena, menor do que esperado, mas adequada para crianças. Não tem opção de café da manhã no hotel, mas a região é muito bem servida de espaços com bons cafés, como o Quadra Café, que fica bem perto e tem ótimas opções de COMBO para o café da manhã.

Pros:

Custo benéfico e silêncio, considerando a localização. Existem vários cafés descolados próximos para tomar café da manhã, com excelente custo benefício. Fidelizamos com Quadra Café - Specialty Coffee.
A equipe do hotel foi super prestativa e muito educada. Limpeza, silêncio e localização.

Excellent location, wonderful staff, and perfectly working Wi‑Fi.
Pros:

I can recommend this hotel. First of all, the staff is truly excellent — polite, attentive, and always ready to help. My special thanks for that.
The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the soundproofing is very good.
The location is great: on one hand, it’s practically in the city center, and on the other hand, it was completely quiet with no noise at all.
The Wi‑Fi also worked flawlessly.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything significant that could be mentioned as a negative impression.

La habitación muy amplia, los mini split si enfriaba

Cons:

Al llegar no nos pusieron papel higiénico, no mencionaron que para la limpieza se debía dejar la llave y no nos hicieron limpieza hasta el dia siguiente que lo solicitamos, se les dijo que ya no había jabón para el cuerpo y no rellenaron, la alberca constantemente se veía sucia y nos quitaron un par de toallas en la limpieza.

Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait pour profiter de Playa del Carmen et c'est calme. Le personnel est attentionné attentif, adorable. L'appartement est spacieux et propre. La douche agréable et la piscine est un plus. En prime ils acceptent les petits animaux. Merci c'était magique. Assez bien équipée avec l'espace cuisine ouvert sur le salon séparé de la chambre.

Cons:

La piscine est un peu petite mais ça reste suffisant pour faire quelques brasses... Merci

Personal amable pero instalaciones deficientes
Pros:

Sin duda lo mejor de este hotel es su ubicación céntrica pero sin oírse la música de los pubs (aunque al perro de la casa de enfrente sí se le oía bastante). El personal bastante atento, el último día nos ayudaron con el traslado a Holbox, cosa que agradecimos mucho. Creo que es un hotel con mucho potencial si cuidaran más algunos detalles como la limpieza.

Cons:

En la habitación no estaban todos los servicios que indicaban, faltaba microondas. Al reclamarlo, tuvieron que quitárselo a otra habitación para dárnoslo (por lo que otros huéspedes se quedarían sin él). Desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, charcos por los pasillos sin limpiar, con el riesgo que lleva a resbalarse. La piscina parece bastante más grande en las fotos, está ubicada al lado de la entrada de recepción, por lo que todo el que entra y pasa hacia su habitación o sale del edificio te ve bañándote o tomando el sol. El edificio en sí es un nido de palomas, muchísimas anidando en los recobecos del edificio, con sus consecuencias: plumas, excrementos, etc. en las zonas de paso de exterior. De vez en cuando alguna paloma se da un bañito también.

Sehr schönes, grosses und tolles Apartment mit Top-Lage und gutem Preis.
Lage eine Strasse hinter der bekannten 5th Avenue und somit ruihg aber sehr schnell ist man da.

Très bon rapport qualité/ prix.
Pros:

La chambre était très agréable, lumineuse et spacieuse. Il y a 1 four à micro-ondes dans la chambre et quelques accessoires de cuisine. Tout était propre et impécable. L'hôtel est calme et en retrait de la rue. Mini piscine. Lits relativement confortables. Bien situé proche de la rue pietonne principale quinta avenida. Proche de tous les restos et boutiques.

Cons:

Chambre au 2ème étage sans ascenceur.
Parfois les clients restent au bord de la piscine du patio tard dans la nuit et parlent fort. C'est dérangeant pour ceux qui dorment. Il n'y a pas de bouilloire dans la chambre, c'est dommage.

Pros:

L'accueil chaleureux, aux petits soins... Le personnel adorable. L'appartement propre et spacieux, lits confortables, la douche avec de l'eau chaude et un bon jet. En plus durant notre séjour nous avons fait de belles rencontres... Même pour notre départ ils ont été au petit soin. Merci de tout cœur 💓

Cons:

Il manquait une cafetière pour mon ami mais pan vivo qui font un café de qualité sont à côté. La piscine est un peu petite quand il y a du monde. J'en ai profité seule 🩵

wunderbar ausgestattetes und sehr sauberes klimatisiertes Zimmer, Lage in Seitenstraße zur Haupt-Einkaufs-Meile ganz toll, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand. sehr hilfreiches und freundliches Personal - perfekt

Cons:

der fußläufig erreichbare Strand ist eher schmal - aber dennoch schön - die richtig großen Strände sind dann 20-30min zu Fuß entfernt.... Aber im Urlaub ist das ja sekundär - die große Auswahl zählt da ciel mehr...
