Pros:

La ubicación
El espacio era bastante grande una suite doble.

Cons:

La limpieza la suite no la limpiaban bien cuando solicitamos servicio de aseo.
No nos dejaron toallas para la ducha.
El internet era lento

Loved it so much, I stayed 5 more night s!
Pros:

Front desk staff are wonderful! Laura, Nuri and David were so kind and helpful. I was upgraded to a beautiful suite that was clean and spacious. Great location close to beaches and shopping. The price is excellent for what you receive.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was PERFECT.

Hotel ist zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral ganz in der Nähe der 5. Strasse. Trotzdem ist es im Hotel sehr ruhig. Restaurants, Cafe´s und andere Geschäfte sind schnell zu erreichen. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 15 min.
Zimmereinigung erfolgt auf Nachfrage oder wenn man das Reinigungsschild an die Tür hängt.
Das Personal an der Rezeption ist einfach unbeschreiblich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Im Hotel fühlen sich leider auch Tauben sehr wohl, sie machen viel Dreck und vermiesen einen dadurch die Poolbenutzung.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, al lado de la calle principal de Playa del Carmen, lo que permite hacer todo a pie con mucha facilidad. La habitación es amplia y espaciosa, con ropa de cama limpia y acogedora.

Cons:

Tuvimos dos puntos negativos: en la habitación no hay espejo, lo cual para nosotras, especialmente las mujeres, es un elemento esencial. Además, no hubo servicio de limpieza durante toda nuestra estadía, incluso después de haberlo solicitado más de dos veces.
