عدم النظافة وعدم الاهتمام من موظفين الاستقبال وعدم جاهزية الغرف في الموعد وعدم توفير باركينج للسيارة وعدم وجود عمال للشنط صراحة تجربة لن تتكرر أبدا

Won't be staying again unfortunately
Pros:

Hotel is 5 minutes from Masjid Nabawi. Close by to the food courts and ladies pray entrances. Parking was available and free. Value for money compared to local hotels. Family room size was good. check in and out was quick (once correct room was given). Concierge was extremely helpful in moving rooms as well.

Cons:

No breakfast option available. Hotel was extremely dated and needs a major refurbishment. Room, furniture, and fixings were old and needed upgrading. Mattresses were extremely hard and very uncomfortable. Wrong room was initially given (quad room, but family room was booked). Once I complained the correct room was given.

It was good place to live near haram in reasonable price .the rooms are small

Will definitely book this hotel again.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful. They were very welcoming and supportive. On arrival the receptionist was insisted us to eat something for sahur but we just wanted water.

Cons:

Waiting for the lift, but it wasn’t that bad.
