Pros:

The location was near Haram which was perfect. A lot of food places around.

Cons:

The staff was not helpful. The guy on the front was racist for sure. Anyways speaking Arabic would get help and if you speak any other language, he will ignore you. No room service at all. Breakfast was served in boxes that I wouldn't even feed my dogs with.

Hôtel très proche de la mosquée à pied 5minutes pour personne âgée
Pros:

L'hôtel est très proche de la mosquée, 5 minutes à pied vraiment proche accessible facilement pour personne âgée, proche de l'entrée homme et femme à la mosquée.
Chambre suffisante en terme de confort .
Frigo, café, thé, bouilloire, congélateur, bouteille d'eau et sucre fourni à volonté à la demande.
Les chambres sont de taille correcte ni trop petite ni très grande .
Rapport qualité-prix excellent pour la proximité.
Eau chaude présente.

Cons:

Présence de petit moucheron (2) dans la salle de bain, nous avions réservé 2 chambres et y a agit les mêmes problèmes de plus certain tuyaux coulent ce qui fait une petite flaque d'eau dans la salle de bain .

Pros:

الفندق يعتبر قريب لمصلى النساء

Cons:

اولا انا حجزت غرفة عائلية من الصور حسبت انه غرفتين بينهن باب طلعت غرفة عائلية 5 أسرة فقط نفس الرباعية لكن زيادة اريكة.

ثانيا المصاعد اللي تشتغل تقريبا نصف المصاعد الموجودة.

ثالثا عند الخروج طلبت الطاقم علشان حمل الحقائب وجلست بدون مبالغة أكثر من ساعة واخر شي يقول مايشتغل الا عامل واحد للفندق بأكمله 14 دور وكلها حملات من شرق اسيا، وانا اللي جبت العربة وحملت الشنط ونزلت للسيارة مافيه خدمة ابد.

رابعا الفطور جدا متواضع وجبة صغيرة تجي للغرفة بيضة وشوي جبن وزيتون من الأفضل عدم حجز الفطور وتوفير قيمة الوجبة.

واخيرا النظافة متوسطة

جدا سيئه ومافي خصوصية في المكان ندمت جدا على اختيار الفندق

الفندق غالي مو قد النظافة
وأول شي مافي خصوصية يدخل العامل الغرفه من غير استذان لقيت العامل داخل الغرفة وانا مو موجوده هاذا اكثر شي زعلني كيف يدخل وفيه أغراضي وانا ماطلبت ؟؟؟؟؟؟
والفطور حقهم اي كلام يسكتوك بصحن في بيضه وشوية نواشف وانا لما حجزت كنت افكر في مطعم اقدر اختار الأصناف اللي احتاجها
وحق الحجوزات اللي اسمه علي المصري جدا غير متعاون بس يبغاك تدفع
