Pros:

All staffs are amazing. They are proactively looking for opportunity how to make your stay more enjoyable. Excellent customer service included room maintanance service.

Cons:

No issues. Only the wall needs painting it's dirty.

Did not meet my expectations. Rooms to small . No ramp to get my stroller into the building .

Cons:

The room is to tight and small . The sheets and towels did not seem to be clean upon checking in . Someone came to clean the room . But when I returned the only thing that was cleaned out was the garbage . The floor was not even swept .

Cons:

Builders knocked on my door and woke me up the first night I told them they carnt come in to measure the room ….then they knocked after half an hour again were I was fuming at this point ….next day cleaner kept knocking even though I didn’t ask for cleaning ….. the key stopped working I had to wait 1 hour for a spare no parking and at the side of a petrol station and a main road it was awful I arranged with the manager after they walked on me and my partner completely naked with out even knocking the door that I would stay an extra 2 hours for the inconvenience of being woken up then walked in on the host changed his words the last minute were I had an angry cleaner rushing me to get out wouldn’t stay again and if they payed me !!
