It's a very nice place

I did like that the rooms were more like apartments. If I wanted to I could cook a meal instead of going out to eat. I did like that the front desk person helped rectify the issues I had.
I didn't like that I had to switch rooms 3 times. The first room lights didn't work. 2nd room A/C didn't work in the bedroom. 3rd room the tub stopper was on the side of the tube as if it were broken off. I didn't like that I was charged for parking but was not told about the charge. It was just on my bill. I don't like that the employee that I asked about the charge didn't apologize he just told me that most hotels charge for parking. (This is my first time ever being charged for parking and my first time at a Marriott location)
We had a very disappointing experience. Check-in was listed as 3:00 pm. We arrived at 5:00 pm, and our room was still not ready. We had to wait in the lobby until about 6:30 pm with our newborn, trying to get him to sleep there while my wife had to pump in the lobby and later fell asleep on a chair. It was a very difficult situation, especially with a baby.
In addition, none of the electrical outlets on the side of the bed worked, and the kitchen was very poorly equipped. The receptionist told us that we would be compensated with complimentary parking because of the delayed room, but we still ended up being charged for parking.
We unfortunately had to stay in a hotel because of a leak in our apartment, so we were already in a stressful situation, and this stay made it much worse. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.
It was very clean and nice better then what I was expecting
The water pressure was bad
The building was new & refreshing. It had a great layout once inside.
The room was very intelligently designed. It was super clean & functioned well once you realized there was a master switch for some of the electrical system. Will definitely plan to return if in the area again.
The parking area was awkward driving in. There was no pickup/dropoff entrance to allow for checking.
As clean as everything was, the towels had very dark stains on them that should have been treated or just not used.
The breakfast offered provided only one option for protein (where were the eggs?) The food options are great for children & everyone whose diet is based on carbs.
Best Hotel We Have Ever Stayed At. I Wish There Were More Locations :(
The shower stall doesn’t have a door, so water gets on the wall and floor.
Good location.
The room smell, floor was dirty, the pull out bed was really dirty, crumbs all over. Also the sofa cushions were in poor quality, the zippers were broken and you can see the cushions sticking out. The worst part is the mattress for the pull out bed was cheap and thin. Just sitting on it, you can feel the springs. It was very uncomfortable sleeping on it. I kept walking up in the middle of the night because of it. I also woke up with a sore back and shoulder. I do not recommend anyone sleeping on the pull out bed, it’s soooooo uncomfortable! I’ve sleep on other pull out beds from other hotels and this place is the worst. Very cheap mattress, even the sofa looks cheap.
If it wasn’t for the location, I probably wouldn’t sleep there ever again. I was very disappointed because it this place had good ratings and reviews but I was very disappointed.
Also, there was only one person at the desk and he was sweating like crazy. I don’t know it the long line was stressing him out or maybe he was just hot, but he was dripping sweat from his head. I also felt like he rushed everyone, he didn’t give out much information just short and trying to get to the next person.
