estoy muy molesta, he ido varias veces y esta vez estoy muy molesta, poca capacitación de su personal, se olvidaron regresarme mi INE al hacer el registro y ni por un momento intentaron devolverme la credencial, yo me percate ya estando de regreso en mi ciudad, llamo al hotel y nadie me resuelve, solo me contestan muy groseramente que para devolverla tengo que pagar mucho dinero o que cancele mi INE y saque una nueva. Además nunca me pudieron resolver lo de una silla para baño para discapacitados y sus almohadas son espantosas. No regreso
