The Veat

The VEAT staff and owners were extremely helpful to me during my stay there. The hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. It was very clean and quiet, and I think it's the perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales. The restaurant next door is owned by the same family that runs the VEAT and is excellent!

Every staff is really nice and helping - we had to get up very early and leave and staff prepared a delicious breakfast for us and called cab :)))

The property was not very well maintained. The shower was wonky, and repairs were being done poorly. We had a long day of traveling and were happy to be there.

Pluses...The bed was comfortable and clean, and their breakfast was very nice. Freshly baked breads! Good Coffee!

Very friendly staff. Standard room was small, especially the shower, but good value for the money. Breakfast was ok. Tea and coffee all day. Great service all around. We stayed there a total of 4 nights before and after our hike. Luggage storage was safe and convenient. Hotel was just minutes from the main square and waterfront.

Check in and out was so smooth, very safe hotel with great views!! Rooms were really warm. Easily walkable to many great restaurants and short ride to the airport. Loved it so much we stayed twice!

The Veat was a charming and friendly property. The breakfast was great! Healthy, large variety, high quality. The rooms were basic and very small. Shower was too small. We did have a view of the lake. Seems this hotel is more suited to young people

Friendly staff and convenient location. Walls were a bit thin so next door neighbours talking loudly could be a problem if you wanted to sleep!

We loved staying here. In fact, we returned after our trip for two more nights. Excellent and kind staff! The hotel also has a vegan restaurant- can’t recommend enough. Very conveniently located- close to everything. When I return to the area, I will definitely stay here again.

The Veat was so very attractive and clean, and the staff was exceptionally helpful to us during our stay. Our only problem was that the street was noisy during the night so if you had a room facing it, the traffic sounds continued until 2:00 AM or so. Otherwise, great place to stay!

Very pleasant common areas. The rooms are small for 2 people with sizable luggage. Very friendly, and helpful staff. Walking distance to fabulous restaurants and a walk along the coast.
