飯店員工親切，有中英文等不同語言的服務人員
房間的擺設有很多細節，在有限的空間裡讓空間變得舒適
很喜歡廁所裡的乾濕分離做得很確實，泡澡的水量也很大
備品、洗衣服務、微波爐與飲水機都非常的貼心，尤其是像我不習慣喝水龍頭的水，飲水機對我來說真是一大福音

没有早餐、位置很好

Cons:

空调如果开的话是正对着床下吹、无法开窗通风、期间住宿的打扫要额外付费、室内面积并不大；
重点是！每晚11点左右总能听见床头墙那一侧有很明显的响声！还是不规律时间的，我们猜测是隔音效果差旁边房间的开关灯声音，很打扰休息。

Staff molto disponibile, parlano inglese e sono molto attenti alle esigenze. Molto pulito, letti rigidi molto comodi. Si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Kyoto, ma un po’ lontana dalle zone più vive (gion, pontocho, nishiki)

It is fine in general. Staff is very nice, good location near the Kyoto station and some restaurants
Pros:

Location is great, no breakfast offers. Staff is great, and very helpful.

Cons:

No breakfast offers, pillows are not comfortable, no laundry services ( could have used time to do sightseeings, instead of doing laundry!)

Pros:

Very central location (close to Kyoto station). Friendly and welcoming staff, many toiletries to pick if one needs.

Cons:

Bathroom is very narrow and the motion sensor lamp is not the best in a small hallway.
