Overall great hotel
Pros:

The room was spacious and just a few minutes’ walk from Kyoto Station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The walls aren’t very soundproof, so if your neighbors are loud you’ll be able to hear them.

Good stay if you are travelling and us g local transport system.
Pros:

Clean and good sized room, comfortable bed. Bathroom with small bath and good shower. Good heating system. Dining room Japan style sitting on floor with low table, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, TV with local channels. Helpful friendly staff. Location short walk to train and bus stations. Close to restaurants, bars, convenience shops. Laundry available to use.

Cons:

No view, no cafe inside except vending machine.

Hotel tranquilo y bien ubicado
Pros:

Tiene camas muy cómodas, la habitación es amplia a comparación de otras en Japon y la amabilidad del personal es excelente. Se encuentra bien ubicado, llegas caminando de la estación de tren y a los alrededores puedes encontrar restaurantes y kombinis.

Le check-in qui a pu se faire un peu avant (la chambre était déjà prête), la taille de la chambre idéale, la proximité avec la gare, le lit confortable

Cons:

L’insonorisation des murs (on entendait nos voisins de chambre presque comme si on était avec eux dès qu’ils parlaient un peu fort ou même leur télévision)

Pros:

房間出乎意料地寬敞，行李箱打開綽綽有餘，很適合帶小孩的家庭。廁所跟衛浴分開超加分，浴缸也比一般飯店大。

第一天住的房間冷氣聲非常大聲 即使已經調成靜音模式還是很大聲。跟員工反應後幫我們換另一間房間 有好一點 ，但是空調聲跟其他飯店比還是相對大，且浴室抽風如果想開一整晚也很大聲，所以晚上睡覺都要關掉，但是這樣洗的衣物不會乾 ，對聲音敏感的人不適合。房間很大 很舒適，一樓的備品也很貼心多樣。

Not a 4 star hotel. Don't believe on "discounts"

Cons:

It's not a 4 star hotel and you can notice it! I don't know why it says it is a 4 star hotel and in Google it says 3 stars. It is def a 3 star hotel. They don't clean everyday, don't put water in the rooms, the windows don't have blackout, there isn't any toiletries in the room. I feel I was scammed because I reserved here based on a big "discount" i was getting

Pros:

飯店員工親切，有中英文等不同語言的服務人員
房間的擺設有很多細節，在有限的空間裡讓空間變得舒適
很喜歡廁所裡的乾濕分離做得很確實，泡澡的水量也很大
備品、洗衣服務、微波爐與飲水機都非常的貼心，尤其是像我不習慣喝水龍頭的水，飲水機對我來說真是一大福音
