Một kỳ nghỉ thật tuyệt vời. Chúng tôi sẽ trở lại khi có dịp.
Pros:

Bữa sáng buffet rất ngon, phù hợp với khẩu vị của người Miền Nam.
Nhân viên lễ tân rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khách nhưng nên có người phụ trách hỗ trợ hành lý khi khách đến nơi.
Có thực hiện cà phê chiều tại sãnh rất tốt.

私は一人で泊ったので問題無かったですが、2人で宿泊するならバスルームのブラインドは中が完全に見えない素材を望みます。
スタッフの皆様はフレンドリーで良かったです。

Went to visit family, it’s a nice hotel, need to update their amenities as they no longer have a roof top bar etc.
Pros:

Clean, good restaurant.

Cons:

The shower didn’t have decent hot water, Luke warm at best. I’d say they don’t have a lot of western tourists, no English speaking staff.

Excellent service.
Pros:

Breakfast had Good variety. More western dishes would be nice, (for western style customers like me) but it was good.

Cons:

The first night booking.com misunderstanding. No meeting in between, just you are not booked even tho I could prove I was booked for the night. (They were sold out) A discount or some reimbursement would have been nice. But they did look for a next hotel for us. We didn't have to stay on the street. After the first night issues were over, we have an awesome stay for 9 days at Phu Thang Grand Hotel.

Overall good, I just slept there and checked out at 8am.
Pros:

Bedroom is spacious, bed is comfortable and I didn't hear the noise from the street. Very calm and comfortable.

Cons:

I called to confirm my booking, the employee answering my call hanged up on me when I started to speak English.
