Pros:

Central apartment. Everything we wanted to visit within 20 minute walk. Lovely apartment with very comfortable beds and everything we needed for a few days away. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and organised a taxi to and from the airport.

A great aparthotel in an amazing location within a lovely picturesque city!
Pros:

The cleanliness of the suite was great, the staff were really helpful, accommodating and friendly, and the location is perfect. We travelled with our 1 year old baby and she felt so comfortable and settled in the suite and really enjoyed the space.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not formatted to blow cold air in the month we stayed (February). However, coming from the UK we found Porto quite warm and would have liked some cold air at times.

Cons:

Abzug im Badezimmer war defekt. Wurde bemängelt von uns. Angeblich war das normal und wurde nicht repariert. Dunstabzugshaube defekt.

It's very clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Absolutely loved it! Visiting Porto for the first time, I was a bit worried that the place might be small, but I was pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness and cleanliness.

La ubicación fantástica , todo muy limpio. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, y Raquel, la chica de la recepción que nos atendió al llegar, una profesional excepcional que nos facilito la estancia, nos ayudó en todo, fue encantadora. Muchísimas gracias, da gusto encontrarse a personas que realizan su trabajo con esa calidad.
Recomiendo totalmente, fue todo perfecto.

Au coeur de la ville, sans bruit, avec un accueil efficace et de chouettes paniers petits déjeuners
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé, près du marché, de la rue des fleurs, de la librairie Lello. A 5' d'un métro lorsque vous arrivez de l'aéroport. L'accueil est fluide, efficace, et nous avons eu une réponse rapide à la seule demande que nous avons pu faire. Le système de petits déjeuners déposés dans un panier le matin est très pratique. Aucune bruit, les équipements qui sont utiles (sèche-cheveux, frigo, vaisselle...) et jolie décoration. Franchement, un endroit bien sympathique !
